GoogleWorked with them for 4 years renting my property. Professional and honest throughout. Able to use my own tradesman with no issue and their in house tradesmen when necessary. Always ran smoothly, quick to respond and if I am working far away again I will use them once more.

GoogleI have just moved out of a property which was rented through Roseberry newhouse Yarm and they have deducted forcefully from deposit the charges for things which are absoultely radiculous. Would not recommend any one these rip offs. On top of it they dont even bother returning calls and are rude when you talk to them.

Mr Javed i am sorry to read your review of our services however we act on behalf of the Landlord and when a property is not returned in the same condition as when you moved in we will deduct appropriate charges to make good. In your instance we required gardening and cleaning services, repair to damaged wall paper and blinds. If you wish to contest the deposit deductions you are able to speak to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to make a dispute. We will be able to supply photoghraphic evidence to them in support of our client. I have spoken with my lettings manager and unfortunately as you put the phone down on her we were not able to discuss the matter with you more fully. TrustpilotMore stress at a stressful time
Sold our house in a week for which we have no issue. However from that point onwards the communication and relationship seemed to deteriorate (on the estate agents side). They appeared to start acting for our buyer (who was a previous client) and when our onward purchase fell through, we were just reminded how lucky we were our buyers were sticking with us. They pressurised our solicitors, fed us incorrect information to provoke a reaction, to get the information they wanted (usually from our solicitor) and pushed us to complete on a deadline which suited our buyer rather than supporting our wants and needs. We paid over £3500 in commission for a service which caused us a lot of stress and upset. For that, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI have used Roseberry Newhouse for over 5 years to rent out my property. I have always received excellent service from Rory, Claire and the whole team. Communication is always timely and informative. The property has always been rented bar the usual gap during turnaround and the advice from the team in terms of areas for improvement are always welcome. Highly recommend.

FacebookAbsolutely shocking service , staff are rude and stupid ! be very aware... This company is only interested in money they don't give a crap about people , they just lie and ignore emails , fob people off. Hide inspection reports and just basically rob you. Stay away.

GoogleRory and the letting team at Roseberry Newhouse are great at managing and finding the right tenants for our rental property. They are proactive with regards to changes in legislation and making sure landlords are always compliant with new changes. I would certainly recommend you seeing them if you’re thinking about letting your property.
