Having sold our farm we rented a house in Stokesley from Roseberry Newhouse in Dec 2021. From our initial viewing right through to our departure 12 months later I have nothing but the highest praise and regard for the company and the staff that dealt with us throughout. Everything was professionally done but the icing on the cake was the kindness, the attitude and willingness of the personnel to be helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in a positive, cheery manner. If we were to rent again in the area I would undoubtedly head straight to Roseberry Newhouse as I am sure that no one could provide as good a service as they did. You were brilliant. Our house purchase

Our house purchase was complicated and protracted due to issues with the property meeting building regulations and obtaining a mortgage. Vanessa guided and helped us through the issues and was in constant contact by email and phone. Vanessa ensured everyone in the chain was informed and keeping up the pace when we got towards exchange. I met Olivia on completion day when she kindly let me sit in the office to wait for the monies to go through and obtain our keys. We couldn’t fault the service and would recommend the business to all our friends and family. Thanks again team. We love our new project home.

Before finding the right property, I had enquired individually with Roseberry Newhouse and was always responded to promptly and professionally. Following our most recent enquiry which led to us finding the right home, we were met by Emily who showed us around the property, Emily was friendly, informative and answered any questions we had. After deciding we wanted to go ahead with the property, we dealt with Kaitlyn who has been great, she responds quickly via email to any question big or small, and makes sure that every question we ask is answered without us having to go back and forwards which you sometimes can find with letting/estate agents. Dealing with Roseberry Newhouse has been fantastic and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a company to either manage their property, or to help them find a home!

Sold a house with them. They were recommended to me and I'm happy to recommend them in turn. Extremely good communications, mostly through WhatsApp, worked diligently on my behalf and minimised the pain of a very long (though not their fault) process. Not the very cheapest but reasonably competitively priced and good value for the high standard of service. Two very little things to watch out for, though things might have changed since then: firstly, they don't advertise properties on Zoopla. They did give a reasonable explanation why not and it very likely didn't make a difference, but I'd still feel happier if they did; secondly, they charge different rates depending on whether you want them to conduct viewings or not, and don't tell you this unless you ask. These are both very very small things and shouldn't stop you from using them; recommended.

If you are thinking about selling your house I can thoroughly recommend Roseberry Newhouse. Our house sale was dealt with mainly by Flynn who was unfailingly prompt with his callbacks and very professional. When it seemed that we were not able to get a response from our lawyer re the sale, Flynn was there to find the answer to our questions and get back to us. Often estate agents get a bad name for all sorts of reasons, but Flynn and his team have restored our faith in the business as a whole.

I have used Roseberry Newhouse for lettings management for over 5 years and more latterly a sale. Lettings - very professional, responsive to both myself and the tenants, good range of available trades meaning issues are sorted quickly and efficiently. Good, honest, detailed reports. This contrasts dramatically with other agents I used and left because they were feckless, Roseberry are excellent. Sales - My sale was handled by Flynn Linklater-Johnson, an extremely helpful and efficient property consultant. nothing was ever too much trouble, and living some distance away from the property I was able to rely completely on him to sort out all issues, no matter how small. Highly trustworthy and competitive pricing which I feel was well worth the fee (I most certainly cannot say this about other agents I have used in the past!) A big thank you to both lettings and sales team for all of your help over the years.

Absolutely disgusting service. At the end of our contract we had professional service for cleaning the house and the oven, cut the grass….they still found some ridiculous things to put in the report. For example: floor has furniture indentation, broken door lock which wasn’t broken when we left… Extremely not recommended
