Very poor service. Landlord does not live in UK. Does not respond to tennant. Essential work not carried out in flat. If you decide to rent. Make sure that you inspect the property thoroughly. Make sure that all essential work and repairs are done to the property. Do not sign for a 12 month lease period. The flat i am still paying rent for, and not living in, has several issues. Electric Storage Heaters are not cost efective, Do not store heat. Need replacing. Windows in the flat, are way past their sell date, and need replacing. Electrics, need up-dating. Kitchen draw needs replacing. Exposed MDF. The Landlord in my opinion. Will not spend any money at all on the flat. And this is for neccessary repairs. Potential Renters be aware.
It is very disappointing to see your review. I appreciate you may have grievances not being able to walk away from your responsibilities including those of your current fixed term agreement. I would just like to point out however that It was you that decided to purchase a property without checking your current obligations/responsibilities of the tenancy agreement, and now feel the need to leave reviews such as this. As you are fully aware all safety certificates are in place that are required as part of your tenancy at the property and all maintenance issues you have reported have been attended to. Confirmed also by Stockton Borough Council when they closed your case. Should you wish to discuss your grievances in any further detail, please do not hesitate to contact me. When I met with Phillip who attended my property to establish a market evaluation I was extremely impressed with the professional manner of the process and confident that I was on the right track with Roseberry Newhouse. I appointed them the same day to deal with the sale of my property. The sales team including Flynn and Zoe who were great, keeping me fully informed of viewings and the progress of the sale. Roseberry Newhouse offer a comprehensive service and I would have no hesitation using them again.

Their approach has always left me feeling assured that my property is being well looked after. Having had a terrible experience with another local estate agent it has been wonderful to have complete trust in how my property has been managed. The sales team are equally tenacious with brilliant communications, doing their best to facilitate a smooth sale for the buyer and myself. I cannot recommend enough for those looking to sell their property or to have their property managed whilst being let.

GoogleIf you are selling your house within the areas that Roseberry Newhouse cover there a absolutley must use as from Phil coming out and to value property and taking amazing pictures as well as a video and being so knowledgable about the area he put absolute faith in us he would be able to sell our property and one week later our house sold from going on the market. The Employees in the office kept us updated all the way through the process from arranging viewings to letting us know the feedback. I highly recommend using them and thank you for helping us sell our home.
