Having spent 5 months trying to sell, then rent our house through another local agent, we instructed Roseberry Newhouse who, within the first week, had 8 viewings resulting in an offer! Don't be fooled into thinking that Rightmove rules the roost these days; good old fashioned service & know-how prevails...
