I was interested in a Yarm property and for 3 weeks I was ringing and checking. The excuses ranged from: the tenant has Covid, the locks have been changed, the photographer has been in an accident, therefore nobody to show you around and finally online viewings only. Then submit an application despite not seeing it. Finally told sorry with regret etc etc I know it is a sellers or owners market but eventually when the market turns perhaps it will be a better service?

I recently was purchasing a house with Michael Poole. I have never had such a positive experience with a company. Nick from the Yarm branch was beyond excellent! He has gone above and beyond for this purchase and I fully believe without him our purchase would have fallen through he has been amazing. I couldn’t recommend this estate agents enough! If I come to sell a property in the future I will be going straight to Michael Poole as I have felt totally in the loop and assured all the way through. Gill at Michael Poole Yarm is the most professional and efficient estate agent I have dealt with. If it was not for her our long and arduous sale of our house would not have been possible. The help that we received from Gill was exemplary she certainly went beyond the normal scope of her job to help us secure not only our sale but for our purchase so that both sides did not fall. All told the sale and purchase process took 17 months and she held our hands every step of the way. Gill is pleasant, professional but most importantly makes you feel the most important person she is dealing with. For the small fee we paid we certainly got our money's worth. Where do I start

Where do I start! I thought I was been pursued by bailiffs than an estate agent! Very pressured forceful, threatening way of sales and very very unprofessional! The property and Lettings market is moving fast paced because of these pressured and harassed agents! These people have no consideration that moving home and choosing a home is the biggest decision anyone will ever make! These sharks need to give tenants, and buyers breathing space and consideration that potential clients have busy work lifes and can not always respond to they pressured deadlines! Made by who ever the agent is!!! Unbelievable poor poor experience with pooles! Shame on you!
