I view a property which I put an offer in and have been waiting over 3 weeks to hear back I rang then multiple times which they didn’t answer and also didn’t ring me back then I found out today that the property had an offer accepted I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and when I asked about the building (breeze block) they would contact me back and still didn’t

A big thankyou to the ladies at Entwistle Green Allerton, especially Gail, Bev and Ellie. We have several properties with various agents but these are by far the best agents we have used. We are renting out a flat in Allerton, it needed some work doing, we had problems getting tenants in. Within 3 weeks of contacting Entwistle Green, they have sorted out all the work at the best cost with little involvement from us, advertised it and got a great tenant in who is paying 6 months in advance. They did it with a smile, professionalism, hard work and they really seem to enjoy their job. We are on a full management agreement and don't expect to spend anywhere near the time or stress we previously had with this property, leaving it in their capable hands. I am now giving Entwistle Green Allerton the management contract for my HMO in Manchester. I fully recommend this team, haven't got a bad word to say about them.

I was really impressed by professionalism, support and kindness of staff at Widnes/Runcorn office, especially Amy and Oliver. Telephoned yesterday and spoke with Gail at Entwistle Green, Allerton. I feel I need to break a habit of a lifetime to recognise outstanding service. I found her to epitomise everything I believe in when delivering exceptional service. To summarise my thoughts: · Diplomatic · emotionally intelligent · highly knowledgeable, able to explain complicated points in a simplistic way and come up with options. Gail is clearly someone who enjoys what she does, as it was very clear that customer service is intrinsic as she's a natural. She has certainly set the bar and should be used as a benchmark for others. Gail has the right attitude - (something that cannot be trained)Entwistle, look after her, as I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others, as she will rise through the ranks of any organisation!In an industry that is constantly bombarded with negativity, it was great to come across a shining example of a true customer champion. I contacted entwistle green about a property i wanted to view to possibly rent, i was in a position where i had to find somewhere quickly and very close to christmas so with two young children i was understandably extremely stressed, Alex Oshea answered my call and from that moment on the stress began to fall away, Alex was very professional but also caring and empathetic to my situation and did all she could to help me, i truly feel she went above and beyond what most people would do these days, whilst remaining professional and keeping within covid safe guidelines when we met, Alex is a true professional as problem solver and she was a joy to liase with, keeping me informed of all relevant information at every step of the way , thank you so very much Alex i hope you know how much i appreciate all youre hard work many thanks wonderful lady. Not sure if helpful for most, but in my search for a rental flat that would accept pets (yup, still in 2021) Gail Hines was a pleasure to speak to and whilst I didn't have any viewings or secure a property via Entwistles, Gail was able to advise me on a few things that may help with my search, instead of "No, sorry no pets, good bye" that I received from so many others. I needed to move from my current private rental property & ideally wanted to stay with the same letting agents However when I viewed a property with Gail J hines I decided to go with Entwistle Green Allerton and All the staff in that office are extremely helpful As English is my second language I felt that they allowed extra time to explain things From the very start everything was so efficient and ran smoothly. We were updated daily on the progress of moving out and they couldn’t do enough for us!

Entwistle Green Allerton made renting for us such a stressful experience. From the beginning there were issues - our agent sent us setup documents for the wrong address, emails were ignored and they generally seemed to have no record or notes for us whenever we spoke. Case in point: I received a call whilst on holiday to come in to sign our tenancy agreement. I explained that we were in Australia(!) and that I had asked repeatedly before leaving if there were ANY documents left I needed to action, which had obviously been ignored, and the reply I got was, "well, we need it signed by 4pm today." The fact we had to pay an admin fee was the biggest joke. We also had issues with a leaking shower which was, again, repeatedly ignored leading to significant damage to the property and a costly repair. Entwistle Green said that they had 'not deemed the issue serious' and as such had ignored it, but didn't notify us or our landlords of their decision - water damage does not fix itself?! This led to months of stress and wasted time chasing for us as the issue was reported to them in September 2019 and it was not repaired until April 2020. At no point did we receive an apology or explanation for how poorly it was handled. Even when we left our rental contract, I couldn't get a straight answer about receiving our deposit back and again had to chase multiple times because my emails were ignored. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.

The process to sell and purchase a property started January 2020 pre-Covid. Laura surveyed the house, I was so impressed as to how prepared she was with all paperwork and documentation she brought with her to the appointment this is what swayed me to go with Entwistle Green, Westhoughton. After the appointment most of my contact was with Tammy who was always there to provide support and advice. Things went quiet for a while with the sale process as a result of Covid and people being furloughed once things started to return to some form of normality Tammy was there every step of the way constantly providing reassurance, I could not fault the services they provided.

My partner has bought a new build through these guys, zero communication, every time she calls they just say the main guy is in a meeting they’ll get him to call her back, never does. Sent emails to the guy & he never replies. Was meant to move in about 3 months ago and still no idea of when the move in date will be. All as it takes would be to email every person updates of where they’re at with a move in date.

Went to view a property today and the property wasn't nice on the inside. Fairly enough! That is something people, like or dislike, it is not a personal thing against someone in specific or an attack to the agency or whoever works there.But I must say If you had a bit of more sympathy and engagement with customers maybe you would have a better reviews...Telling people that they understood wrong what was said by someone from one of their staff its like ignoring the necessities of the customers- like saying to the customers that they are "fools"!You must understand this :CUSTOMERS that GIVES YOU the money in the END of the MONTH! treat them well!Can you please show more empathy for people ?I mean in Britain you are so good faking and lying to each other - you just need to try harder a bit more!Show some empathy for god sake!!!!! And by law you must have everything clean and tidy and well presented!

Poor Customer Service, taking money from vulnerable people in a time of desperate need by falsely holding deposits, by not entering them into a scheme. Then they have the audacity to tell their customers who have paid fees to Entwistle Green to look after their deposits etc that they have to take the individual landlord to small claims court to get their deposits back. The landlord had instructed Entwistle GREEN that they were happy that the property was in good condition but they have still failed to reimburse me. Jessica Thwaites was very unhelpful and is not complying with the tenants to protect them.

Don’t answer emails or pick up the phone if they know they may have to have an awkward conversation. Completely misinformed us( I suspect on purpose, you know who you are,Ben!) and have avoided all contact with us since. Their & the vendors loss I’d have been happily have increased my offer by another £15k.

Viewed a property beginning of October, had a few questions they didn’t have answer to so had to wait, still waiting for reply, had to find out answers myself. Put offer in, no replies from emails, had phone call week later for final offer. Send emails again cause 2 weeks no answer and still never got a reply from those emails, three weeks after putting in offer got a phonecall to say had gone with a higher offer. They never reply to any communication

Sherry and her team have always been very professional and proactive and always go the extra mile to organise any work or maintenance required at our apartment. We would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent a property in the Blackburn area.

Just shocking. Property management agents should be regulated properly.I am a landlord who handed over my property to be managed by this company whilst a tenant occupied my property. I have just been given my property back since the tenant left and it has been given back in a absolute disgusting state, which is costing me money to put it right when all of it could have been avoided if the managing agent had done their job. No management service was provided in this instance. Avoid, Avoid at all costs unless you want to be the one paying to get your property back after it's been left in a disgusting state. I question where the true references come from.

Cannot recommend them enough, they were so prompt with every detail and we were kept updated each step of the way. We felt so personally looked after and all the team members were so friendly and helpful making a stressful process so much easier. Thank you all so much, we cannot recommend them highly enough and would be the only estate agents we’d use in future!

Worst Branch Manager ExperienceI had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the worst branch manager ever. Initially, they presented me with a lower offer, which was fine. However, they failed to inform me, their client, that there was also a higher offer. When I mentioned that the initial offer was too low and referred to the valuation they first provided, the manager suddenly presented a second, higher offer from the buyers within seconds. This raised doubts in my mind about the transparency of the offers and made me suspect there might be ulterior motives to push the price down or other incentives at play. The manager was, quite frankly, the worst negotiator I've encountered and was rude and pushy on the phone.The initial valuation and approach by another team member were fine, and things started off well. However, a potential deal was missed due to how the initial offer and negotiation were handled. After two and a half weeks, I emailed another team member to reconsider the negotiations, only to be informed that they had made an offer on another property.Since they came on board as part of a multi-agent arrangement, I haven't had any discussions about the market report, except for a copy sent by email . The personalized client engagement was non-existent. When I informed them of the end of my contract, the branch manager herself asked why. After I explained my reasons, none of my subsequent emails were replied to, except for chasing the removal of their advert. This behavior was completely immature, to say the Least. But after the removal I got sent email contract doesn't end till November - the irony. They didn't bother to inform me of this on my initial email. What was once a good estate agent is no longer for me. I have now returned /remained with my first estate agent, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout years as a customer with them.Personally I do no recommend nor come touch their services ever again. @nearly 4k price tag for their fees, the standard is just awful.

Had booked a viewing, to go view a property they had to offer (got a confirmation text and everything). When going to view the property no one answered the door or was waiting outside. Waited near 30min and when the office finally answered they said the person who was in charge of the keys was on holiday and shouldn’t have booked the viewing in the first place. Adding to all of the annoyment I had to use time off work for this, the company wasn’t even sorry and im also quite heavily pregnant so going to places isn’t comfortable for me either… Conclusion won’t be looking at Entwistle Green Lettings properties anymore.

My partner bought a house from this estate agents and the people were friendly ok people. The trouble is these guys suggested she use a service fior providing the mortgage and conveyancing from a company called Countrywide as they said it would make life easier, so I agreed! WORST DECISION EVER!!!!!!Countrywide were incompetent in setting up the mortgage and the conveyancing side are incompetent, obstructive and obscenely exspensive. Please please please do not take the estate agents recommendation to use Countrywide!!!!What they estate agent fails to tell you is Countrywide owns the estate agents and they use the agents service as salesmen - it’s not impartial advice it’s salesspeak when they say it will be easier etc it WONT trust me If you see a house you love with this agent, buy it but DO NOT USE COUNTRYWIDE
