GoogleCame across Andrew Grant on the internet and engaged them with my house search after couples of viewing the landlord accepted and agreed to lend. Kathrine was wonderful she never gave up on me she kept the contract with me and the landlord.

GoogleThe agents Abigail and Rimini have been highly professional, accessible and easy to communicate directly and without delays, with a special understanding for the particularities of each customer and their individual circumstances. In this respect, they have also been flexible and highly protective considering the pandemic. Their responded immediately to everything that I asked, and considering my inexperience in dealing with agencies and so on, they have not only been extremely helpful but also fully supportive of my move to a new home. GoogleI'd highly recommend Andrew Grant for a seamless and stress free moving experience. From setting up the initial viewing, through to supporting on the move in date, we could not have been treated with more care. Our letting agent Karla, made sure we were supported through every step of the process and answered all of our questions without delay. Nothing was ever too much or trivial for them, and they eased our concerns greatly. If we ever had a problem they were always easy to contact and responded very quickly. They always work in a professional manner and have excellent staff including Chloe Darcy, Rebecca Sutherland and every other person who we spoke too. They are worth every single penny of the Management Fee that we paid and even through the pandemic they were easy to contact. GoogleWe had previously been let down with other Estate agents, with one having our property on the market for 5 months with a single viewing and zero communication, and another telling us we'd have to take up to a £20k value loss on our property in order to get it to sell. Well, Charlotte, Nancy and Julie at Andrew Grant not only listened and supported us with our various needs, but they kept in regular contact with us and updated us throughout the whole process. 1 week into having our property go live with them, they had 2 viewings for us, and an accepted offer on the table that was exactly what we were hoping for (value and position-wise). GoogleAndrew Grant provide a great lettings service they are always very efficient. I have used them for the last 5ish years to rent out and manage my property and have never had any problems. When it came to renting out our home as we were moving abroad it was a no brainier not to use them. We dealt Will through the rental process he found us a tenant on our first viewing! They were quick to find us a tenant and complete everything on their side which was really appreciated. We found the representative we've been working with, Will, to be really professional and helpful throughout the whole process. GoogleHad very good service throughout the process. The local rep Jo was excellent and valued the house higher than other agencies. We achieved the asking price. The video was high quality and was a real selling aid. Had lots of viewings with many offers. The administration was well done by Louise and her colleagues. Was initially concerned by the lack of a Malvern office, but the business is now done online.

GoogleWe recently bought a property that Andrew Grant were selling and have to say that they were the most helpful professional company to deal with. Our own agent was worse than useless however Louise Jones, the senior customer liaison agent, was a star…she was able to sort the many issues that were occurring below us in the chain and more than cover our own agents failing and non communication. She was in touch daily as the sale progressed keeping us updated and helping to make sure the sale went forward when, thanks to our own agent’s incompetence, there was a real risk of the chain collapsing. If we ever move again we will have no hesitation in using Andrew Grant and would highly urge anyone wanting to sell a house in the areas they cover to do the same.

Friendly and able to offer a good service once the tenants have moved in too. Will , Abi and Lara have been brilliant in coordinating the move smoothly. Would definitely recommend their services!

GoogleI unexpectedly found myself having to search for a new property to let after 19 years in my current home. I spotted a house on Rightmove and was directed to Andrew Grant in Worcestershire. I called on the Wednesday, viewed the house on the Thursday, and my tenancy was confirmed on the Friday. At all times during the process the service has been exemplary - friendly, efficient, and compassionate. I should make special mention of Lara, who organised the viewing and the tenancy admin, Molly who initially showed me the house, and Will who introduced me to the landlady at a second viewing. The whole process behind the scenes has been amazing and has greatly helped to take much of the pressure away at a very stressful time. A marvellous team, to whom I am extremely grateful. Five stars isn't enough!

GoogleI have just had to re-let my property and the staff have been great, renovations including a leaking roof and overgrown garden have been repaired, the interior has ben painted and a new tenant was installed earlier this week. It has been a genuine pleasure working with the lettings staff and they have at all times been responsive and highly professional.

GoogleAmazing service from the whole team, more specifically from Mr William Burgoyne! Very dedicated and professional lettings agent! He is responding really quickly and on time to all the enquiries you have; he knows what he is doing and if you are struggling with anything he is really helpful! This was my first time working with lettings agents (I was renting from a private landlord) and I was really worried, I didn’t know what to expect (especially when you are a foreigner and the laws, procedures and everything here is so much different than your homeland) and the only thing I knew was that I have to wait for a really long time before getting a result, because of these paperwork, etc. (and me and my family were in hurry to find something as soon as possible). So at the end it was such a relief and excitement, when you have someone willing to help with everything! Many thanks Mr Burgoyne! 🙏🏻 Bless you and your team!

GoogleI can't recomment Nicola Adams from Andrew Grant enough. She worked really hard to sell my house and gave me great advice to get it ready to sell. Nicola supported me through the process and gave me lots of her time to talk through offers as they came in and acted as a sounding board when the decisions were tricky. She was available and committed. As things progressed after I had accepted an offer Louise Jones in the office was helpful and supportive.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I have been renting a property through Andrew Grant for 3-4 years now and I can honestly say that it has been a great experience every step of the way. From Arranging the inspections of the property too the safety checks has been a seamless process from start to finish. On the rare occasions we needed to report either a repair that needed doing or just to get reassurance that things are going smoothly they have always been at the end of a phone and quick to reply to emails. As an example we needed an error on the boiler sorting out and I got in contact with Sharon Hawkeswood and everything was set up to diagnose and repair the issue. We can't thank her enough for her quick and professional response especially because of the impending cold weather approaching. Anyone looking to rent a property I can't recommend Andrew Grant and their staff highly enough.
