GoogleAbsolutely the best estate agents one could imagine. Lovely to work with, excellent on communication. They found us buyers very quickly and followed through at every point. I would not consider using any other estate agent now!

GoogleWe have been with Andrew Grant for a month approximately. From the early contacts when we were interested in a house until now, one month into our tenancy, they have been very approachable and speedy in their communications, which is always very helpful when moving the whole family to a new home. So, in summary, so far, we have had a very positive experience.

GoogleWilliam and Lara have been exceptional from start to finish. Rapid replies to my questions throughout the application and referencing phase. Now after departing the property, they have demonstrated professionalism and great communication skills from day 1! Friendly, respectful and affable staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team here.

GoogleI was very happy with the way Andrew Grant handled the sale of my property- they were always really responsive to calls etc, and handled marketing, viewing, negotiation on price and facilitating the legal process in a friendly and professional manner. They achieved a sale price considerably higher than I had anticipated, and higher than other local agents had suggested was achievable.

GoogleLooking for a new house at present. A friend had noticed an Andrew Grant board in an area we might consider. Looked on Rightmove...nothing! Same with other selling sites. We had to look on their web site to find details. The quality of detail was dreadful. It's put us right off. An example of how not to sell property.

GoogleAndrew Grant were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble. They carried out all viewings and gave feedback, once we had sold it took 52 days to complete, this was due to them not only being fabulous at selling but also they care about sales progression. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Amazing team of people 😀 …

As usual, the chain encountered issues and the the process did not run smoothly but from Poppy's help during the sale process and Tara's support project managing through to completion, the Andrew Grant team could not have done more. Highly recommend them!
