From start to finish, Claire was friendly, communicative, and incredibly efficient, making the whole experience of buying a property as smooth as possible. We used Minors and Brady to sell our parents home. We weren’t overally impressed with the service we received initially when the property went on the market. We weren’t kept up to date with weekly contact like promised and we just felt they weren’t pushing the property enough. We were having to call and chase them for updates. Saying that once the sale had been agreed Claire Wilson was brilliant. Weekly updates and on the ball service. Very professional.

We used Minors and Brady to sell my dad's house. From the start they have been amazing thank you. But the star for us has to be Aysegul, in the Sales Progressor side. She has been amazing and has gone above and beyond to help my dad and myself with every part of the sale from chasing up everyone daily. Aysegul is great asset to Minors and Brady. She's a peach. Myself and my husband bought our first home together through Minors & Brady 4 years ago, they were so helpful and kept us updated. Earlier this year, we decided to sell our home through Minors & Brady due to a growing family. We knew we wanted to sell our home through Minors & Brady as we had a really positive experience from them throughout our buying process, our current home was sold quite quickly. Cassandra Creek kept us updated through the process weekly and she was very understanding, it was very helpful to have updated weekly. Many thanks to Cassandra and all at Minors & Brady for all of your help. We are very much looking forward to move into our new home with our new growing family.

Jess has done a fantastic job with our house purchase. She has always made sure she is available and communicates in a clear and concise manor. I have felt that Jess has gone above and beyond for us at times, often covering shortcomings from the solicitor and she has always made sure things get done! I would definitely recommend Jess and the Minors & Brady team to a friend. I know they often say when you're buying a house that the estate agent works for the seller and not the buyer, but I have absolutely not found this to be the case and am overall very pleased with the service we have received.

Very polite and helpful staff in the Sales dept. Cassandra Creak was enormously helpful with a very difficult move. The 5 stars is for the Sales team. Sadly, we didn't have such a good experience with the Letting team. The place we rented from them had numerous problems, some of which were never fixed, including a nasty slug problem in the kitchen and bathroom. They are not flexible with the date you give a month's notice. Because of the date we gave notice, we are having to pay a further month's rent. Renters beware!!!

As house sales go, this was great and very quick given the market. Liam and Matthew who I initially spoke with about using Minors and Brady were self assured and plain speaking, what a refreshing change for estate agents! No hard sell, just facts and the right amount of follow up.I knew what I wanted and had been watching the market avidly so didn't need much guidance, but they were reassuring and facilitated my needs very well. Just the right service.The service after choosing Minors and Brady was also exemplary. Rosie Turkey was efficient, thorough and very warm. Which was very welcome given the reasons for my sale. Everything was clearly explained and made easy. I would happily buy or sell with them again. In fact I'd be very likely to seek them out!Thank you all. After a bereavement full of difficult times and challenging companies to deal with, you provided a welcome and kind service.

Cassandra CreakeThis was the easiest sale of a property I have ever had. There was no ongoing chain but even so Cassandra kept us informed of exactly where we were in the process at all times. We were given advance warning of when the buyers wanted to complete and everything ran very smoothly. Buyers were found for the property very quickly. Some companies are not very good at sales progression but Minors and Brady were excellent.

GoogleAs 1st time buyers we were so nervous about this whole process but Connie has been great. Really good communication, kept us updated and informed all the way through. Then Gina took over from the after sales team and we had the same great experience. And now we're in our lovely 1st ever house 😊 If ever needing to sell I would definitely go to Minors & Brady!

This is has been my second time selling through minors and Brady. I am happy to say if I purchase or sell again in the future , I will choose them again! I would like to particularly mention Julia Paulich in aftersales, who just went above and beyond ! It was not an easy sale and she just kept everything on track, ticking, and updated . Amazing communication and genuinely cared for all parties involved! Passionate about her role and just really knowledgeable as well . What a lovely lady. I can’t say enough good things !
