Hard working and determined team

It was our second time that we used Minors and Brady in the last 3 years and they been amazing. Sold our flat in the first viewing and in just less then 3 months we completed .Nagilla was the person I was dealing with she was amazing. Always chased things up and even when the soldiers where taking their time she would give them a knodge and keep them moving forward.I won't be definitely looking for any other estate agents when I am going to be selling my next property. Thanks Nagilla and the team you are very hard working and determined team and you do get things sorted very promptly.Look forward working with you again one day .

On Wednesday 17th December I was shown around a property in Great Yarmouth by a very courteous young man named Roman. He met me at the front of the property and continued showing me around the apartment with complete confidence. On chatting to him he said it was only his third week in the job. He answered my questions with all the information he had to hand with complete confidence. This guy will go a long way in his career as an estate agent. He's a very great asset to the company of Minors and Brady based in Caister Norfolk.

Sold our house in less than a week!

We were highly recommended to use Minors and Brady by some friends and we are beyond pleased we did. From the initial meeting, valuation, photos, sale process to now the after care phase they have been faultless. Connie has been superb with regular communication and updates and flexible to our working hours and demands. Our house has sold in under a week and we truly believe it is down to their excellent work, highly professional photos and efficient communication. They do come with slightly higher cost but this is, in our opinion, completely worth it for all the above reasons! Thanks to all the team at Minors and Brady!

Having viewed many properties with other estate agents, the team at Minors and Brady was excellent from the moment of having our offer accepted to communicating every step of the process. Chris was extremely helpful in the early stages, particularly when working with us to negotiate the house price with the sellers. Claire has been amazing at keeping us up to date every week since our offer was accepted. Through a time that can be quite stressful, and where we weren't familiar with the process, she has been amazing at keeping us in the loop which made us feel very at ease and confident in the whole process. I found Minors & Brady to be quick and efficient in getting my property on the market. In particular Kian who got the initial form filling paperwork done within two days. Viewings were carried out in a very professional manner. Feed back from the team came very soon after viewings. Whenever I had to call the office all of the team were up to date with progress and call outs to potential buyers. Altogether the professionalism and advise I had from the team, got my property sold quickly. Claire from after sales has been amazing!!! It's not been an easy process but Claire has been there! She's been very accommodating to my work commitments and communication was very clear. She's listened when I've struggled been stressed and even though its email communication it's always care, advice and support. 2024: I've used Minors and Brady since 2020 for sales and now liaise with them regularly for the ongoing letting of my property. During my most recent tenant transition, Beth L was very on the ball to secure my new tenant in just under a week after my previous tenant handed in their notice. She communicated and negotiated efficiently with all contacts, and kept me informed regularly with the progress - thank you Beth! Also a big thank you on the admin side with prompt daily responses from both Lexi M and Samuel C. It's clear that Lexi is a knowledgeable and highly competent Property Manager when it comes to routine inspections, rental statements, legal documents and she can always answer any of my queries with clear certainty. Samuel continued to keep me informed during the lettings admin process, including amendments required in the tenancy agreement, deposit disclosure, prompt communication with the upcoming prospective tenants with regards to their queries to ensure a smooth transition - overall he acted a great medium throughout with all important communications giving peace of mind as landlord. Thanks again all! 2020: As a first time buyer, I was amazed with how quickly my sale went through with my Minors & Brady's point of contact, Brooke Kelly. After lots of admin going back and forth, she did everything in the best possible way to make this a minimal stress experience. She kept me up-to-date with the latest progress of my sale, and the agency in general is so 'on it' with keeping in contact and returning calls at times of extreme pressure.
