GoogleMy property has been let and managed by Belvoir for the last 4 years and I have found their service first class in all respects. The staff are friendly and helpful (with a special mention for Amy and Jake) always keeping in touch and dealing with problems promptly and efficiently.The sub-contractors have always been excellent in dealing with maintenance issues too. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Belvoir.

GoogleHad an issue with a property we were looking to rent (had to pull out due to a change in circumstances.) They dealt with it promptly and with excellent customer care. A good measure of a business is their service when things take a turn for the unexpected, and they dealt with it with little fuss. Top notch.

GoogleI have used Belvoir now for about 5 years. Their service was always excellent. Over the last 12 months they have improved their service even more. They respond to phone calls promptly update me regularly with viewings, overall an excellent service and i'm very happy to be using them. Would i recommend them. Obsolutely, a yes from me.

Unfortunately, at this time, this pro perty was occupied by tenants within their notice period and we were unable to gain confirmation from them to show you this additional property. GoogleFelt very rushed into accepting offers and the agent was late for a viewing which led to a really embarrassing situation with people waiting outside our property. We ended up doing the viewing ourselves which wasn’t very good as Belvoir insists on doing the viewings.NegativeProfessionalism

Hi Rhiannon, I am sorry you feel we have been poor on communication, but we have had some staff members working from home which did cause some delay in responding. We are now all back working in the office full time following social distancing protocols and we aim to respond to all enquiries within a resonable timeframe.

GoogleWent from London to watch the house, got confirmed. Had all paper work sent online. Next day i phone them to let them know i sent all they wanted and i get told property is gone with no notice. Rude and poor service
