FacebookI am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.

Yes they try to fraudulently withold deposit monies.They actually tried to charge me for damages, which were actually already logged and photographed before I started my tenancy. ( On their inventory 19th March 2020..my tenancy started on 21st)Howeve… See more

Wendy Taylor who manages this side of the business is professional, on-the-ball and always has a solution to a problem. Wendy has a great team who ensure all paperwork, legalities and payments are always up-to-date. Frost have a great network of experienced, trained professional tradespeople who can attend to emergencies and turn any necessary work around very quickly and efficiently.

FacebookPoor customer service. Couldn't get the contract right. They used underhand tricks to try and get more money from me when all I wanted was an introductory only service. I didn't get what I wanted as landlord and I'm embarrassed for what the tenants might think.

I wouldn’t recommend them even 1% try to get another agency that cares for you they made me clean the house professionally for 200£? I mean I lived there paid rent of course I it LOOKS USED?!?! They have taken money from my deposit?

They will send people in to your accommodation with no regard for “The tenants right to peaceful enjoyment of property” or whatever the ONLY thing they really have to oblige the tenant. Twice I returned home to discover the premises had been entered unlawfully by agents of theirs. ALL their employees are of the “go f yourself” disposition. Rude, impolite, arrogant and incompetent.

Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. A deposit should not be there to fix existing maintenance issues.

Avoid at all costs. I have rented a flat from them for 2 years, it has been 2 months since I have done the check-out and they still haven't refunded my deposit. Plus, they have tried to find the tiniest details to hold money from my deposit... their excuse to charge me £90 cleaning fee is a discoloured sealant in the bathroom.

GoogleWhoever I dealt they all seemed friendly. However it's the branch manager Billy Boyle that is exceptional. Helping my grandfather with a anything and anything, considering he is 93 she handled it all perfectly.
