My property had been on the market with another agent before I met with Robert Luff in Goring. On first meeting him, I was a little sceptical that David King was telling me what I wanted to hear however I sensed there was something different about him. I’m glad I listened to my instincts as Dave went above & beyond what he said he would do in respect of selling my property. Sadly we had more than a few false starts however Dave was in my corner every step of the way. Even when it was bad news, he kept me informed occasionally seeming more frustrated by events than I was. He behaved like he was selling his own property & never gave up. I lost count of the calls Dave made ‘chasing’ people associated with the chain. Dave really is someone I would use again. I have no doubt recommending Robert Luff in Goring. Thank you Dave ... you made it happen 👍🏼

We recently just completed on our first property - a 2 bedroom house with Robert Luff. The service was beyond what was expected and both my partner and I thought that they were the best of all parties involved with keeping us updated with process. Jack was always a phone call away as well as Jamie. They always made time for viewing appointments that were needed. As first time buyers, Jack made it easy to understand all that was involved and put us at ease. When we go to sell and buy another property, we can't imagine using another estate agent! We are first-time buyers and first came into contact with Robert Luff when Luke Mills arranged a mystery tour of six properties at the beginning of our house-hunting journey. The logistical exercise was handled expertly - like he'd had a secondment at the Ordnance Survey - and built up an excellent first impression. Ultimately, our paths didn't cross again until some months later when, having seen our preferred purchase with another agent go downhill at the last minute, we booked in a viewing at a house under Robert Luff Goring. From the word go, Dave King was personable and extremely helpful. On the same day we had an offer accepted and Dave helped guide the negotiations to a conclusion which both sides were happy with. As the buyer, we weren't directly clients of the firm, but Dave certainly made us feel as valued as the vendor. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always extremely responsive to emails and calls. He is down to earth, friendly and easy to build up a rapport with. Nothing was too much trouble and we got the impression that he personally stepped in to help at tricky points, like helping the vendor obtain quotes for work needed on the property following the survey. While Dave was our main point of contact, thanks must also go to the rest of the branch. First-timers like us are probably a right pain, but the likes of Jamie and Jack took their fair share of concerned calls and stupid questions and really helped us out. In the nicest possible way, I hope we don't see them for a while (unless we win the lottery and become property moguls), as it'll mean the home we have found was a perfect fit for our growing family! Cheers guys - and highly recommended.

David King is probably the best estate agent I have ever had to deal with. Although my first impression was that he was a typical estate agent, I learnt that he was a lot more than that. I felt like I was the most important, if not the only, person that he was working for, which I know was not the case. He kept me fully informed on everything and actually listened and took note of my requirements. I can highly recommend this young man if you are looking for someone that you can trust with what can be an extremely stressful time. He has the ability to add that personal touch, which most do not.

I could not recommend Jamie, Dave, or James more highly. Our matter went on a long while but there wasn't one occasion when we were left wondering what was going on. They telephoned regularly with updates, chased solicitors and worked hard for us, with each knowing what was going on, so you could get responses from anyone if you had any questions. They were also very understanding, it can be a stressful time but they really made us feel that it wasn't about the sale, but what was best for us long term and that went a long way. I would not hesitate to make the chaps at Luff our first choice.

These are the people you need to see if you want your house sold! From our initial meeting on our doorstep with Jack to (eventual!) completion the team, especially Dave, worked really hard to help us achieve our goal of moving to our 'forever home'! Would not hesitate to recommend Robert Luff in Goring especially Dave King.
