GoogleIts a shame you have to give at least one star. I have been trying to resolve an issue with the management department for over a year and this is still not resolved. Their communication and people skills are shocking, not at all professional. The stress they have caused me is inexcusable.

There’s been a lot of up and downs but she has constantly kept us updated and in the loop and communicated with all the right areas to keep it moving along. She’s definitely helped make the process better for us and we’ve really appreciated her work on our sale.

GoogleI sold my house with purple bricks which initially was great but the after sales service was appalling . Thank goodness for Matthew from Michael Jones, he contacted everyone and kept the chain moving and me informed. Would definitely go with this company if I ever need to move house again. From finding my property to getting the keys they were knowledgeable, professional and polite.
