GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Easily taking #1 on the podium for worst "Manging Agents" (if you can even call them that - they couldn't manage a lemonade stand) I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Throughout my time as a tenant with them I experienced poor customer service & poor ethics. I wish I could give them zero stars, but unfortunately Google doesn't allow that.

GoogleHowever I now find that Michael Jones are offering for rent my property on behalf of the buyer before the actual completion of the sale. This is both a breach of my trust and misleading to prospective tenants as this flat is not for rent . I expressly told them that they could not do this as it is still my property until such time as the sale completes. I had given the review below and four stars until they decided to take the action outlined above. I found the service at Michael Jones very good, I was kept informed at all stages of the process and all calls and emails from me were responded to immediately. Michael Jones achieved over the asking price for my property. Joe Bailey in particular went above and beyond even replying to a text message when on vacation.

GoogleI decided to use Michael Jones initially because they were the selling agent when I first purchased my Flat in 2014. A smooth and professional purchase at the time convinced me that I would be using them in the future. Matthew at Michael Jones has been brilliant from start to finish and at times has had to nurse through my sale. I was constantly kept up to date with the progress which has been invaluable. I would not hesitate to use Michael Jones on my next purchase/sale. If you want your property sold I suggest you use this company.

GoogleThis was the second sale which Matthew Orrell at Michael Jones has handled for us. We cannot praise him too highly. The transaction was complicated for family reasons, and was very much at the lower end of today's price range, but we were given the most perfect , patient service imaginable.
