Dear Julia, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with the team at Wigan. I have had the opportunity to briefly look into this and understand that you recently conducted a viewing at a property which you were interested in and therefore wished to put forward an offer. It can be evidenced on our system that the branch manager Susan Gosling has written to you via email explaining the current situation. Susan explained to you that the team have attempted to put forward your offer to the Landlord but sadly have been unable to make contact meaning currently this can not proceed any further. Susan has advised me that once the team make contact with the Landlord and put forward your offer they will be in touch to provide you with an update.
