GoogleRented through Leader for 3 years and was genuinely saddened to leave them. Amazing staff and customer service. In particular Hollie in property management, nothing is every too much trouble and excellent communication.

GoogleWhat can we say about Leaders in general and our agent Chris Trott in particular? That we have never before experienced such professionalism, above-and-beyond assistance throughout? Such great communication, keeping us informed and updated? Reassuring us throughout? Being available to help us by organizing contractors on our behalf? Working (often on weekends and after hours) and always responding to questions ? Hmmm - what can we say about Chris Trott aka “what-would-we-do-without-Chris” and “thank-goodness-for-Chris”? Today our purchase was completed, We are based in South Africa, and all we can say is CHRIS TROTT, you made the dream of a safer future happen!!! We know that without you, your patience, help, video walkthrough, encouragement and hard work, this long-distance dream would never have been realised. GoogleAbsolutely great service from Liam at Leaders when we had an issue at the property, prompt, polite and efficient. We re in lockdown and I ve had other letting agent not even bother to return any calls or emails, with Leaders it’s been service as usual !

GoogleStaff really friendly and helpful. Staff turn up when they state. I have reported a broken heater that hasn't been fixed and tried to get my payment date moved and haven't had a call back about it. But I haven't chased these things up. I do think the fees which were £500 when I moved in a bit steep. £375 ie the highest I've ever paid before and have never paid a renewal fee after a year if living somewhere. Feels like I'm paying for nothing.

GoogleI bought my recent property through Leaders and i couldn't have wished for a better Estate Agent to go through. Jasmin helped us from the very start with initially finding the right property, through to completion and even following up how we were getting on after we had moved in. Leaders went above and beyond what we could have asked for. We were given advise on our surveys and helped massively with the communication between all parties involved to get the purchase completed with minimal problems. We will definitely go through Leaders for our next sale.
