Although going through a particularly difficult first time buying process, I cannot fault the team at King and Chasemore for their diligence in continuing to get things finalised for me. Emily and Angel have been the main people who have been keeping me updated throughout, and I am grateful to all the work they have been doing in the background with chasing and pushing things forward. Although I have another mortgage advisor, I did have a couple of appointments with Abdullah, who was very informative and helped me to understand the mortgage process further. Utter Disappointment

I stopped using King & Chasemore about 10 years ago, my property came up for rent again recently. I gave clear reasons why I stopped using them and they assured me they'd improved greatly, definitely NOT the case, nothing has changed in that time. My experience was impressive while they were chasing me to sign up and completely lacklustre afterwards, I’m completely annoyed with myself for trying them again, I was right in the first place. Complete lack of communication, one market report on the first week, nothing since. I had to chase them for feedback after viewings, said booked viewings that didn’t happen, 3 weeks without so much as a phone call.

I am very disappointed with this Agents. They cancelled my viewing last week without any good reason and rearranged it to this week assuring me that I am the first viewer and not to worry about anything. They just rang me to cancell again because they had a viewing for the property and the offer has been accepted. They denied any reassurances they gave me despite me having a witness for their statements. They made me miss on purchasing a property I was really really interested in.

They managed my rental property for years and it was really poor. They can take literally months to answer the simplest query, and the staff often contradict each other, which does not inspire confidence. I found them disorganised and unprofessional, childish even. Because I was easygoing and patient, they took me for a fool who would just put up with a poor service without complaint. And I did - but it was because I was trusting them to get on with the job properly! Big mistake. And they're expensive too - tried to charge me nearly £700 renewal fee, when all the other local agents charge around £300 for the same level of professional referencing and inventory etc. They eventually offered to reduce it a bit, but why try to rip me off in the first place? I was a loyal client of many years.

An agent came out to carry out a property valuation. After the visit, no valuation was ever sent, and there was no follow-up of any kind. I waited, chased, and eventually emailed a formal complaint about the lack of communication and service.
