There's a large enough team for there always to be someone available to help, even though they have individual responsibilities. I found them to be professional, helpful and clearly good at their jobs. My flat was expertly marketed, let within days and the whole process ran to the timescale we agreed at our first meeting. GoogleJacobs steel Lettings have been great, we’re first time renters so didn’t really have a clue, they have been happy to answer any questions we have had and have been very quick with responding. All of the staff are really nice and willing to help whether over the phone or through email. They are partnered with another company which helped us set up our utilities and everything which made the whole experience that much easier. We had an issue with our heating and they sent someone out to us the same day and it was all sorted very quickly. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Every email was answered rapidly meaning we were always kept up to date with our purchase. I was influenced into using this branch by their 5* reviews and was not disappointed. The whole team seem well connected and are very professional, I don't normally give reviews, but Ollie and his crew have earned this highly positive feedback. GoogleWe used the services of Jacobs Steel to let our Flat in the local area. We selected them after meeting Ollie Whiting who impressed us with his very professional manner and we were not disappointed. We had several viewings undertaken by Sophie Waller in the first few weeks and two people who wished to rent the flat shortly after. The difficulty was whom we let to but discussions with Ollie & Sophie after in depth checking, totally disproved the theory that Agents just want to secure a tenant for their fees. We would recommend them as a Letting Agent that not only secures a tenant but ensures they are suitable before proceeding. A first class service and at very reasonable fees.
