When interest rates rose and house prices dropped . We moved at a difficult time but Jacob steele reassured us along the way

Used for sale and purchase of property. Amazing throughout both and regular communication. Always easy to get hold of. Rare to find estate agents that are not too pushy in regards to my sale and they acted with real professionalism throughout. The team are all lovely and incredibly helpful. Locally, I would say they are easily the best estate agents.

Googlei've been using jacobs steel for around the past 10 years. i have several properties that i let through them and one i recently sold. on both counts i've found them to be great. they've always acted courteously and been very professional in their dealing with me. i don't think i've ever had a void period with the lettings in 10 years and they recently sold another property of mine in around a month or so. i can thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe decided to use Jacobs Steel as they had handled our previous house move, 8 years ago. This time it was also peace of mind to know that we had experienced professionals overseeing the whole process from initial pictures, through viewings, surveys, and price negotiations. Had we opted for a 'sell-it-yourself' website, we would have been vulnerable to pressure from would-be buyers tricks and ploys so the agents' fee was money well spent. The whole team at Jacobs Steel were helpful and we would recommend them.
