Was purchasing a property which was perfect for me. Charlie was amazing in make sure things were done on time. Would have given 6 stars, if I could, for his help and assistance.

What a great team! From the moment we contacted them to market our house they were professional, friendly and very efficient. Neil explained the procedure and was always available to answer our many questions. He and Charlie really listened to what we wanted and kept us informed every step of the way and they arranged so many good viewings that we had three offers in the first week. If I could give ten stars they’d go to Rachel who coordinated the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I really appreciated her calming and reassuring manner when my stress levels were off the scale. Rachel phoned or emailed us, both solicitors and our buyers and I don’t think we would have got such a quick Exchange without her efforts. Thank you everyone.

Thank you to the team at Goring Road who managed our challenging move. Lucy went well past service, working up to the last possible moment before her break and grabbing control immediately on her return. Wiithout her tenacity the tight deadlines would not have been met.

Jacobs Steel were our letting agents and then they handled the sale of the property. I must mention the professionalism and responsiveness of Luke when handling the sale. When solicitors were playing their usual "oops - there's a last minute hiccup which we caused but we'll deny it" games he worked to keep up the pressure on them and also keep us in the loop as sellers and, I believe, the same for our buyers. All credit to him - and my thanks as well.

We have used Jacobs Steel for several property transactions and have always had excellent service so consequently they will always be our go to estate agents of choice. They are professional and go the extra mile to ensure that the stressful process of buying and selling properties goes as smoothly as possible. In particular our recent sale was dealt with by Charlie who made it an absolute pleasure to do business with. We look forward to dealing with the team again in the future

Having purchased my flat through Jacobs Steel around 7 years ago, I decided I'd sell through them. Despite a long, drawn out sale/purchase (the way it goes sometimes unfortunately) I found their staff to be professional, diligent and excellent communicators. I finally got my sale over the line this week and am extremely grateful for all the work they put in. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Jacobs Steel.

Charlie has just sold my flat & has been brilliant to deal with. He kept me up to date constantly with great communication and continuously chasing the solicitors when needed. Amy took outstanding photos that made my property’s listing stand out against others; she also helped progress the sale during Charlie’s holiday. A pleasure to deal with and I’d recommend using Jacobs Steel.
