Can never fault Jacobs Steel! Charlie at the West Worthing team handled our purchase brilliantly, providing regular updates and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thank you for working so hard to help us get this over the line before an impending mortgage deadline! I won't be hesitating to recommend Jacobs Steel as a business to all our friends and family.

Our experience with Jacob Steele was first class. They sold our house within a week and we moved within 9 weeks. Nothing was a problem despite my numerous calls to them with various questions! Would definitely use again and recommend.

We recently purchased a property in Goring. Coming from abroad we had a lot to learn about the process and could not have been happier with the repeated patient support we received from Charlie Haines, the sellers agent. He was very communicative, even helped source local surveyors and contractors. I would highly recommend their services and will be sure to be in touch when it's our time to move on.

I received very good service from Jacob's steel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I got lots of feedback after viewings so I knew views of the people who had viewed the property. It was easy to log in and see how many viewings had occurred so you could track how people had been round. The photos taken were very clear. In all I was very satisfied with the service received and ended up with 2 offers in one morning!!

We instructed Jacob Steel, Goring Road Worthing in our recent house sale and are happy with our choice. Compared to other agents , the commission rate was very favourable. We were very impressed by the courteousy and diligence of all the staff and by the way in which several members of the team came to familiarize themselves with our property when it went to market. Communication between branches was good and we had several viewings within days of going to market; some were arranged through other branches where our property had also been featured. It was only a few weeks before the right buyer was found for us. We were also impressed by the way in which the negotiator handling our sale kept in touch with other parties up and down the chain' and kept us well informed and represented throughout the process.

I cannot thank Jo enough for all her help in getting us moved ....the remarkable thing about this is we were not Jacob Steel clients and they were not acting for us on our sale but were simply dealing with one of the buyers that formed part of our chain. I could not get the help and consistent support from my own agent but once I had been in contact with Jo to try establish what I was being told by my own agent (which was not true) Jo took control of everything. She rang me constantly to update me and on the day of the move she chased the money through the chain for me. I don't know what to say but a massive thank you! Jo you are a star, thank you overall to Jacob steel for allowing her to spend time talking to and helping me. Debbie

Selling the house where I have lived for 36 years was bound to be a stressful time so I needed a guiding hand. This came from the staff of Jacobs Steel who were always there at the end of the phone, contact by e mail or by a personal app. The personal service and care from the staff was exemplary, they were with me all the way to completion, through the highs and the lows, and I am so grateful to them all.

We were first time home buyers and pretty ignorant about the process of purchasing a home. Lucy Fleming took the time to explain us every step of the process and helped us overpass several obstacles in relation to the property chain. She is knowledgeable and communicates clearly. Her professionalism and expertise were invaluable tools. She repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure that we would get to the completion phase as soon as possible. If you are looking for an agent that you can trust, who will take the time to explain the confusing and sometimes overwhelming process to you and be by your side through each step, who will be flexible and creative, I would highly recommend working with Lucy. I will gladly refer my friends and family her way without hesitation.

I have to say with out a doubt that this was the most stressless sale transaction that I have ever experienced, and we all know how stressful buying and selling a property can be. Amy, Ross and their team were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent and they dealt with all enquiries promptly. Jacobs Steele -your Goring branch team are a credit to you and I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work. You are definitely the best xxx

We recently purchased our Worthing flat via the Jacobs Steel office in Goring. We must commend all the staff for their positive and helpful response to any enquiry from us. Our purchase was handled by Amy Wootton who, from viewing through to completion, excelled in friendly and helpful customer service, answering phone calls and emails in a very efficient and professional manner. Throughout the rather protracted purchase legal delays, the level of interest and pro-active action was consistent and very much appreciated. We would recommend Jacobs Steel to anyone moving in the Worthing area. Garry and Sue

Thankyou to Amy for working so hard for us. Kept us updated at every stage and activity contacted both sets of solicitors on our behalf to ensure our sale went through smoothly and as quickly as possible. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we were so impressed with how quickly she responded personally to any questions we had asked. Will definitely request Amy at Jacobs Steel if we ever need an estate agents again.
