We have used Jacobs steel before sell our property and did a great job, so we decided to use them again to sell our flat and this time it so happened that the place we wanted to buy was also with them. They dealt with everything, nothing was a drama and always on the end of the phone and happy to help. Special thanks to Pat, Lauren, Jo, Amy and Charlie.

I would absolutely recommend Jacobs Steel for selling your home. Pat, Amy and the team were completely professional and kept me and my buyer up to date and informed throughout the whole process. We ended up moving from offer to completion in 4 weeks with 3 people in the chain and I have no doubt this was down to Amy and the team being super efficient. I can't thank them enough.

Really happy with the service I have received from JS! And especially from Amy Wootton. Amy handled the sale of my house. From the start & throughout the process, she was fantastic. She was very helpful, & professional, kept in regular contact giving updates! It’s very rare these days to find a good estate agent... I would strongly recommend Amy Wootton & Jacob Steele. Fantastic 5 star service

Jacobs Steel were absolutely amazing in helping us secure our first home, from the viewing throughout the entire process. My main point of contact, Charlie was friendly and happy to help, no matter how many questions I had (and there were a lot!) Absolutely recommend: friendly, professional and always available to help.

I cannot thank Charlie and the team at the Goring branch enough for all the effort they put into firstly, marketing my property and then tirelessly forging forward to the end. I have been kept fully informed at all times and got answers to questions quickly. I cannot fault the Goring branch team at all.

Moving home with Jacob Steel, Goring has been a fantastic experience, and not for the first time. This is the 2nd time of moving and the level of service is consistently high. Lucy, Charlie and Amy are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Thank you very much to Amy and the team at Jacob Steele Goring. We recently brought our house through them and all went very smoothly. Whenever we wanted a viewing we were able to have one. Any questions were answered quickly and always a speedy response to emails. The flowers and goodies the day we moved in were very thoughtful. Many thanks. Mrs Stafa.

Jacobs Steel are my go to agent in Hove and Worthing. As a developer I have used them for buying and selling for the past 5 years. Whichever branch is being used I continue to receive friendly, efficient and professional service. Neil Simmons in Goring dealt with my latest sale of a new build house and achieved asking price within a few short weeks. He was always on the ball and communicating proactively throughout the process. Thank you to him and his team for a great result.

What a great experience! I can just say thank you so much for the hard work and to help me get me my first flat. It wouldn't be possible without Charlie and his effort. He helped me to find a mortgage broker (Kirsten) who helped me to find a great mortgage deal. He kept me updated through all the process and he is been always fair in the initial negotiations. I really appreciate!! Great experience!

We contacted a number of estate agents explaining the description of the property we would be looking for. Lucy came up trumps with the best two which supported our needs. Lucy is so kind and helpful as are her team. The complete transaction was achieved in weeks thanks to Lucy and our Solicitors. Well Done Lucy and Jacobs Steel

We were lucky enough to get Neil Simmons as our agent. He was friendly, helpful and extremely on it, constantly trying to keep the transaction moving despite issues with our solicitor which he helped us navigate. Any interaction we have had with anybody at Jacobs Steel during the purchasing process was always a positive one and I couldn’t recommend them more.
