This is a really good estate agent. Based in London, it was quite daunting selling my late aunt's house in Worthing as we had no idea of the local market. We chose Jacobs Steel because Ross impressed us with the marketing package they suggested. At the time, we felt that the pricing might be ambitious as it was higher than other local estate agents had recommended, but Ross's predictions turned out to be spot on and we had numerous offers within a couple of weeks of going on the market. Jacobs Steel offer the perfect combination new technology and good old fashioned service. We could monitor our viewings, feedback and offers through their online 'PropertyFile' account and Ross and the team were also extremely proactive at keeping us informed and helping us to sort out contract cleaning, electricians etc. I would highly recommend Jacobs Steel. They really know their market, offer sound advice, are professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Patrick and the Team conducted the sale of my property in a professional and conscientious manner. From start to finish their advice was appropriate and timely. The flat fee worked well for my sale instead of a percentage of the sale price. This fee was competitive (not the cheapest) but still covered marketing, hosted viewings and regular feedback...there online feedback tool was particularly useful. I would recommend Jacob Steel (Worthing), they understand the local market and the potential buyers for the property. This was a difficult sale, thanks to the time-wasting antics further down the chain, and was only made bearable by the efficient and rapid attention to detail by Amy, who never failed to respond to a phone call or email and went the extra mile off her own bat to chase and follow things up, all down the line. Jacobs Steel facilitated the successful sale of our property and they easily earn their 5star rating. We were visited very quickly by the manager Neil to get our listing on the various house selling pages and went live within 48hours. Within a week, we had a buyer and we accepted the offer! Unfortunately after a few months, that sale ended up collapsing and our onward purchase that was being progressed was put at risk. The whole team including management worked incredibly hard to re-list us, contacting previously interested viewers and recommending us to those who might not have seen our listing originally, drumming up as much interest as possible. The hard work and publicising of our property led to another very quick offer and our acceptance, which led to the eventual sale of our property. We cannot rate the team at Jacobs Steel highly enough. All of the team were incredibly welcoming, knowledgable and we had a real sense of commitment from them to help us in what is one of the most stressful events of people’s lives. Communication is a big thing and they delivered this expertly. Whilst we don’t plan on moving again having achieved our ‘house for life’ purchase, if for whatever reason we had to, we would choose Jacobs Steel without a second thought.
