Jacobs Steel West Worthing reviews

The whole team at Jacobs have been fantastic from start to finish! We sold a flat with them and it was a really smooth process, Charlie was our main contact and he just continued to go above and beyond to help us get our flat sale over the line as we had a tricky solicitor the other end. He continued to chase and help get things sorted so we could get our desired completion date. I cannot recommend Charlie and the team at West Worthing enough!

I’ve had the pleasure of having Charlie Haines look after the move into our first house. From start to finish Charlie has been responsive, knowledgable, approachable with any queries and most importantly pro-active. We ended up with a very tight window to get a lot of things sorted and without question, without Charlie it wouldn’t have happened. I would absolutely recommend Charlie and I’m so glad we had him looking after us.

What an Estate agents !!! Absolutely fabulous from start to finish , they are so professional & Friendly, making sure to keep you updated every step of the way ! Had personal contact recently with Charlie & Lucy but Amy was just excellent in pushing through our difficult sale of my mother’s retirement Flat . She made sure she was keeping in touch with all parties involved buyers and sellers / solicitors etc , to eventually push the sale over the line !! Definitely recommend 100% you won’t be sorry you instructed them 👍🏻😃

We sold our house with Jacobs Steel and found them to be very efficient and professional and would highly recommend. However, the main reason I am writing this review is for their sales progression agent, Rachel Goff. She has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process from accepting the offer to completion, her communication is second to none and I really can’t speak highly enough of her. With the ups and downs of moving, you need an agent with a dedicated sales progression agent who is on hand to help whenever needed, and Rachel is that person. Thank you Rachel and JS.

I have just sold a flat through the Jacobs Steel Goring branch. It has been a complex sale due to a break in the chain that caused us a need to re-market. The team at Goring though supported me all the way through finding a new buyer and getting to completion. The whole team there were completely knowledgeable about my property so there were no delays. Special thanks to Amy along with Lucy, Charlie, Sophie and the rest of the team. I definitely recommend them to you.

I cannot emphasise enough how amazing the team in Goring have been. I have appreciated Charlie's calm and confident demeanour throughout what has been a difficult and stressful process. He is not just efficient but has solutions to problems. Nothing has been too much trouble and I have relied on him, confident in the knowledge that he is moving things forward and is absolutely on top of his game. If you're looking for an Estate Agent that puts you first, has fabulous communication skills and does what they say they will, then I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Jacobs Steel, Goring-By-Sea office. I mainly dealt with Charlie, Luke, Ross and Amy but whoever I spoke to I knew I was dealing with professionals. 👌

We were very impressed by everyone we dealt with at Jacobs Steel. They all worked together as a highly professional team & their attention to detail was second to none. All our queries were dealt with speedily & with clarity. There was never any attempt to persuade us to simply push for a quick sale & we were encouraged to have full & open discussions with them at any time. Congratulations to Luke on his Worthing transfer. Well deserved & he did so much, from beginning to end, in securing our sale.

We're really pleased that we chose to sell our house through Jacob Steel. We found all the staff very helpful, friendly and responsive, particularly Luke who's enthusiasm and professionalism were part of the reason we chose JS to start with, and Charlie who managed the sale process and who's hard work we really appreciated. Even those not directly involved with our sale seemed aware of our situation and were friendly and helpful on the few occasions we popped in for an update. If we still lived locally, we'd certainly use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

It has been the best decision to sell my small commercial property with Jacobs Steel. They marketed my property very well, kept me informed throughout the process and answered my questions promptly. Everyone was kind and helpful and I felt completely looked after, through this, at times, stressful journey. Leigh was always there for me, always contactable, helping me deal with queries when I needed it, absolutely brilliant, big thank you Leigh! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I am very impressed with the service we have received from Jacobs Steel, especially the branch manager Neil Simmons. My brother and I sold my late mothers flat which has been a long and at times, complicated sale, made more difficult as we both live abroad. Neil and the team kept us updated throughout, giving detailed feedback from each viewing and sensible, honest advice about the asking price. Once a sale was secured he liased with our solicitor and kept us informed of how things were progressing all the way along. We are very grateful to Neil and the team for their perseverance with this year long sale! Thank you.

From the minute we met Amy we knew she was the right person to sell our late father's flat. And we really weren't wrong. She was professional, thorough and organised, and completely across the sale from start to finish. However, what really mattered to us was that she was also very thoughtful and incredibly supportive during what was quite an emotional process. She really did go the extra mile. I would recommend her and Jacobs Steel whole heartedly. Thank you Amy - you really don't fit the estate agent stereotype - in all the right ways!

Amy is a genuine, beautiful, helpful soul. As soon as we met her to discuss the sale of our late fathers flat, we knew she was the one to sell it. She was warm, funny, intelligent, obviously hard working and compassionate. We spent a few hours with her getting to know her and her getting to know us. We made the right choice! She was simply brilliant. Helping every step of the way and making sure the sale went through. Nothing was too difficult for her and she arranged the clearance of the flat too. The whole process was incredibly straight forward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Amy!

The West Worthing team were exceptional in the way they handled our recent sale, from the excellent photos to their approachable and professional style. As the main contact, Charlie has been outstanding throughout. Despite a number of difficult obstacles that came up in the process, he remained calm and professional at all times and gave valuable, pragmatic advice to guide us round problems. He went above and beyond with seemingly endless phone calls and much patience and tenacity to achieve a successful outcome for all parties. We have worked with many estate agents over the years and have to say that in our experience Charlie has been the best by far. Thank you Charlie and JS West Worthing!

Neil and the team at Jacobs Steel were excellent. From the initial valuation proposal meeting through to completion they have been total professionals. The sales brochure was very good and the photographs excellent. We thought the initiative of ensuring all of the sales team all viewed the property and met met with us, discussed the various attributes and could speak to prospective purchasers with first hand knowledge was really good. They introduced plenty of prospective buyers, provided immediate feedback, maintained very good communications throughout the process and were friendly nice people that were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We brought a house through Jacobs Steel and what FANTASTIC service we recieved from every member of the theam throughout. Special shout out to Lucy and Luke who went above and beyond thoughout the whole process, it wasn't the easiest sale and our chosen solicitors made it harder than it ever needed to be but we finally got there. Calls and emails were always answered and we never felt like a burden (despite our solicitors holding everything up). Thank you so much for everything, will reccommend you to everyone I can!

We had a great experience using Jacob Steel, with Lucy doing the first visit to talk us through what could be offered, Suzie/Charlie doing the viewings, subsequently Charlie doing the post offer work, and Luke thrown in for some good measure! We could not have been more pleased with the service, and Charlie went the extra mile with having to deal with Purple Bricks in our chain and therefore no agent. The whole team are an asset. Everything was easy, smooth, stress free and we would use again!

We cannot praise Charlie and the team enough for securing the recent purchase of our bungalow. Throughout the whole process Charlie has been so friendly and helpful with any queries or worries being dealt with immediately and giving us constant updates along the way. We would also like to say a special thank you to the lovely young lady who did our second viewings, it was her time and kindness that secured the sale. It is a definate 5* from us.

Our experience of working with Jacobs Steel has been outstanding. From the day we looked around the property right through to exchange and completion our dealings with the agency have been professional, high quality and extremely responsive. Special mention must go to Charlie. I firmly believe that if it wasn’t for his efforts to ensure things happened when they needed to we wouldn’t be moving in so smoothly. He has gone beyond expectation- the little extras and genuine interest and concern for all involved have been greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Jacobs Steel in the future. Thank you for all your efforts. Especially Charlie.

I had a great experience with Neil and his team during the sale of my flat. They kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, consistently providing updates and support. Although there were delays that were beyond either of our control, they worked tirelessly to resolve any issues and keep things progressing as smoothly as possible. Their dedication and professionalism made a real difference, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and proactive estate agent.

Couldn't have asked for a better service from every member of the team throughout the entirety of the journey. A special thanks to Lucy, Susie and our main agent Charlie who couldn't have done any more for us! Very professional, helpful, and very responsive. I never felt uncomfortable calling to ask any questions we had and I will be recommending them to any friends that are looking to buy/rent. I will definitely be looking to use them for any future projects.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the home visit to assess what needed to be done to get the house on the market through to completion the service from the team at Jacobs Steel was fantastic. We were helped by a number of the team face to face and on the phone and they couldn't have been more helpful . They were excellent at scheduling viewings and taking prospective customers around the property. I would strongly recommend their services and a particular thanks to Rebecca and the team M.
