GoogleEasy to understand once you have looked at the website, used the online calculator or (best of all) spoken to someone in the contact centre. Got a comprehensive quote and a tailored plan to suit my parents needs. My parents are not quite ready to move yet but will be in contact with these guys when they are. Great option if struggling to buy within own affordability.

The whole experience with Homewise was one of complete satisfaction - they helped me every tiny step of the way - sorted problems as they arose and enabled me to buy the property I so wanted after such a long struggle to afford or find one and the end result is a lovely home to enjoy and still leave a legacy to my daughter when the time comes.

GoogleCalled to check details, friendly enough, but anyone living with the over 60 will have 28 days to vacate the property when they die. Not a great thing while grieving. Considering how many bedrooms most of these property's have it would seem likely the over 60 person will not be alone to desire such a size of house. And if the over 60 did not pay extra to protect 50% of the value paid then it would be eviction without inheritance!
