GoogleNot impressed to have received a letter from the estate agents today - we have chosen to sell via a very well known online agents and cubits letter is a silly story about how the house was over valued and no one will look round - thankfully after 24 hours on the market we got a close to asking price offer. Their letter has made us realise we made the right choice by going online.

GoogleI had never purchased a property before this one and was a bit nervous about it. The team in the office put me at ease and really helped me make it stress free. I am very happy with my new home.

GoogleMelanie at Cubitt & West was exceptional in her quest to help us find a property in the Worthing area. She is as tenacious as a terrier and I doubt anyone will find a more pro-active agent anywhere!

GoogleVery positive from my first meeting with Ryan until the property rental was up and running and the management went to head office. He was always polite, helpful and enthusiastic and carried out the tasks he had promised to do efficiently and on time.

As you are aware, the role was not offered to your daughter but to another family member who was paid in full. If you remain unsure, you are welcome to contact our area office or payroll department again who will be happy to clarify the position

GoogleHave to say from start to finish, me and my wife have had the best experience selling our property. From dealing with Kevin, the sales team, Sarah and Lisa on the progression the whole process was great. Would not hesitate to use these guys again.

GoogleDealt with this estate agents many times throughout our house busying process, and they were absolutely awful on nearly every experience. Rude pushy unprofessional staff…best avoided!
