Oliver was like a light from the start with his positivity, belief and motivation. He promised to sell quickly and that's what he did. He's friendly, professional and able to manage all the ups and downs a buyer can go through, patient and calm just when I needed it the most. We just can't thank him enough, a special soul indeed who you can really trust. He's team were no less, Lisa was fantastic and went beyond her role with a real humane side to the business of selling. And again so grateful she was there when we most needed her. The whole team kept me updated and were efficient, wasting no time to get us moving. They made the whole process easy and smooth. Although I didn’t ultimately purchase a property through Alice, I would highly recommend her services. Alice is truly a breath of fresh air in the property market. She is positive, informative, and incredibly insightful. From the outset, she took the time to really understand my property needs and what I was looking for, which made me feel like a genuinely valued customer rather than just another enquiry. Her communication was consistently strong, and she was fantastic at keeping in regular contact. She proactively alerted me to potential properties that might be suitable and, just as importantly, offered honest guidance about those that might not be right for me, always explaining her reasoning clearly. I'm happy to say that my first time having a conversation about buying a house went super smoothly... all thanks to Oli and the guys at Cubitt & West Worthing! My uncertainty about it all and even the right questions to ask were quickly made to all feel aok and I felt very at ease. Such a super friendly team and I didn't feel at all pressured... just in good hands. I also had a great mortgage meeting too with Jo (independent advisor based in the office) who was so very easy to talk with and who explained everything clearly. I have had the pleasure of selling through Cubitt and West in Worthing. They have been utterly fantastic from day one. They really care about the people they are working for, they go above and beyond to help and support with all aspects of your sale and purchase. They offer advice and the benefit of their amazing experience. They stand out from other agencies due to what they can offer which means potential buyers are always captured. In particular I have been fortunate to have worked with Alice, Oliver and Luke. No question is too much or too silly they have come and taken new photos when I’ve moved things or changed the furniture they are constantly in touch with a weekly update as well and are always looking at how to maximise on viewings. I have always received feedback. They have never made me feel any pressure to sell or take a cheeky offer. As cliche as it sounds I have already recommended to all my friends and family to contact them if they are going to sell, the service you receive is amazing and they really look after you.
