GoogleI cannot recommend Oakwood Property enough as a lettings agency to do them justice, their service (namely from Jennifer and Kaisu) was fantastic and extremely professional from our first telephone enquiry, right through to helping us with the tenancy contract agreement process and picking up the keys! They have been super quick in responding to any queries we have and are extremely polite. It is a pleasure to have them oversee our rental home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleOakwood Property are a warm and helpful letting agents. They are very efficient at what they do and nothing is too much trouble. This is myself and my partners first time renting and they made us feel completely at ease and ensured to answer our (many) questions quickly and professionally. I absolutely recommend Oakwood for anyone looking to rent in the Worksop area.

GoogleVery friendly & helpful. I've used Oakwood to rent my house based on a lot of recommendations & im not disappointed at all. They take full control & keep you updated so now I can have piece of mind knowing my property is in good hands. I've only been with them since June but they've sorted everything out for me which is a massive help. Very fair & competitive rates so I would definitely recommend. Jennie & Simon are looking after my property & are really friendly. Your treat as you & not a "number"

GoogleI'm not one for writing reviews, in fact I think this is the 1st one i have written in my nearly 40yrs, but after the way Oakwood Property have looked after not only my house, but me and my tenants, I like to give credit where credit is due. I was a 1st time landlord with a property that I inherited and I am not ashamed to say, I didn't have a clue what I was doing! I called Oakwood after receiving 2 recommendations and they took it over from there. Their professional attitude, their ability in the industry and their knowledge proved invaluable. They leave me to confidently get on with my life safe in the knowledge that they are looking after my investment. Thank you Oakwood

FacebookPaid the holding deposit, and they kept on viewing. Basically the ignored an agreement where a baby was involved. Kept us in uncertainty for two weeks, and they let the house to someone else. If I could, I would give them - 10 stars! Read the Google reviews before you deal with them!

Of course I am very disappointed to hear how you feel and that you have decided to take your frustration out publicly, on a small business with a team that works hard every day to help people, when you have the ability to communicate directly with us. I am aware of your interest in a property and can feel the frustration and stress you are currently experiencing in trying to secure a home for your family in what is a shrinking and competitive private rented sector. We also understood your need to get confirmation that you could have the house and we explained that we couldn't do that on three occasions due to the specific circumstances of the property which largely revolved around a Landlord being out of contact whilst they were away. Its natural for people to be upset and even angry when they have not got the result they want, even more so with the pressures of work and a young family. We genuinely understand and this is why we openly informed you that we couldn't deliver what you wanted (commitment to the property) in the timeframe you needed it. We offered to return the deposit on more that one occasion, an offer you declined. we are genuinely sorry your interaction with us hasn't ended on a more positive note and wish you all the best with your property search.
