Hello Sorina, Thanks for adding a rating but without comment, we can't improve or understand your thoughts. You had to move out of a property because a new landlord bought the house and had different plans for it. This is outside of our control. You also lost some of your deposit because occupants had been smoking and decoration damaged as a result. You had been warned about this during inspections as it was in breach of the tenancy agreement and necessary that you contributed to putting this right. We are not aware of any other issues.
