We were happy to step in when another supplier let you down, tuning your property around in 10 days to have a new tenant signed up having paid 6 months rent in advance for a secure letting for both parties. Hello Stephanie, thank you for taking the time to share your review though it is only a rating and so its hard to understand the reason why. Over the last weekend, you disabled an electric socket which shouldn't have been touched. This bare wire blew the electrics to the whole property and tripped out the electrics which whilst on the on the phone at 8pm on a Saturday night and again on the Sunday, you said you had remedied this. We sent an engineer at the earliest opportunity on Monday Morning to ensure the property was safe and reinstate some trip switches which had blown from your actions. We will make contact with you to understand what in this series of events has made you unhappy because we are unsure why you feel this way.

Hello Sara, Its disappointing to see your rating but also great because we'd love to review why you feel this way and in doing so we can continue to taylor our service to meet peoples needs, but without comment its actually frustrating as we can't see why you feel this way. We can see you have left 11 sperate ratings in a few minutes and so you are obviously active on google improving your stats. It is far more helpful if you speak with us about your feedback so we can understand your interaction with us given I have searched our systems but without further information, iI can locate you as a customer. At a difficult time when businesses are working their socks off to retain jobs and provide a service during an unprecedented pandemic, working against them rather than with them, is less than helpful. Its a classic to see a reply that we can't find you as a customer, but having searched your name in our system, we genuinely can't spot you. We note you are a local guide on Google and so I am sure you will want your input to be accurate. We also note that at the same time as giving us a rating, you have also given other companies ratings including Bartrop and Dilks 2 stars and Martin and Co (similar industries) along with different business types.
