GoogleThank you Lettings Manager Kate and Senior lettings negotiator Amey, you have been fantastic in the process of helping us rent our house out. As a first time landlords, we wasn't sure where to start, however Kate and Amey guided us and made the process so simple, nothing was too much trouble. Tenants were secured in 5 days, contact was fantastic, they are brilliant at keeping us updated and reminding us when things are due or need to be done. Thoroughly recommend Dixons Lettings. GoogleMyself and my partner are now renting a property through Dixon's countrywide, the whole experience was painless, right through the viewing to getting the keys. Amey Taylor Randle was an absolute star, explaining all the details and following up with numerous phone calls. Kate Freeman was also fantastic on the day of getting our keys explaining all the paperwork and things we needed to do. This was my first time private renting and if i could choose a team to help me again it would be the Dixon's team. We both Thank you for all your help .

GoogleHaving found a house through Dixons I met with Alex Hodson to discuss my mortgage options having become frustrated with my bank. Alex was thorough, honest and effective- he found me a mortgage within 24 hours. As a first time buyer he helped explain all the options and found the best deal we could get, and took the hassle out of the whole process. I was admittedly reluctant at first (who wants to pay for something that in theory you can sort directly with a bank) but Alex was more than worth it, his service gave me peace of mind and helped me through what turned out to be a long sales process. He has since advised me on insurance, and is always responsive to my questions/issues. I would absolutely recommend him (and Countrywide) to friends and family as a result.
