From the get go, id found a place i fell in love with. From requesting a viewing (which took less than an hour to get back to me via email). To booking the viewing the next. Signed off everything and was mine within 2-3 days! Id never done any of this before alone. Amey and Kate have been outstanding. The support i've had and guidance is something i didn't think id ever receive during this process. The only downside to my entire moving in scenario was my move in date was pushed back. However, this was due to the previous person moving out late. Even though the situation was a downfall, Amey and Kate were so apologetic and uplifting in the situation. Even after id moved in, they still checked to see if i was all good which is so lovely. Honestly, hats off to the both of you. You're both amazing! And i love how excited you was for me moving in! I have used Dixons to manage my rental properties for a couple of years, and I've been really happy with their service. When I then came to sell my residential property they were the only company I called to help out. They have been excellent throughout, so I'll call out some of the highlights: - They have been attentive and responsive throughout. Grace was able to come out to do an appraisal at very short notice just before Christmas, they always answer emails and return phone call promptly, and I ended up on first name terms with everyone in the sales office by the time we completed. You definitely feel looked after when working with this office. - This was most important when our initial buyers pulled out - Dixons mobilised very quickly to find us a new buyer within a few days - The photos of our property were of good quality, and Dixons managed to block book viewings which minimised the disruption to us as we tried to sell. We also got a price of higher than we were expecting - When the chain was struggling to complete, Lisa went above and beyond to chase parties up and down the chain to get things moving I'm not planning on moving house again anytime soon, but if I did I'd be going straight back to Dixons.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Lisa & her team are absolutely amazing! The customer service is the best I have experienced. The team were great with arriving promptly to do viewings (not all estate agents manage to do that) & giving us feedback the day after. These Ladies are BRILLIANT! From the initial call regarding viewing the property all the way through the process, they have been helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Never an issue with contacting them and they respond without ridiculous delays which is great to someone like me who worries about everything. We started our journey to get our first home together in November 2020 and we dealt with Jewel Clarke the whole way through and she was amazing. I can not thank the girls at Dixons enough for their hard work in getting us moved. After coming off the market earlier last year due to us not being able to find we were contacted by Grace in December to see if it was possible to show a gentleman around as he was looking for a property just like ours. The viewing happened and we were sold again within 24 hours!! Things were not plain sailing and we were greeted by obstacle after obstacle, the branch manager Lisa worked hard to ensure that these were overcome, we can not thank her enough for all of her efforts. We had really bad experience with previous letting agents... It was a big surprise for us that the cooperation can be pleasant and easy. We had problem to find a house, but Dixons care about people ! The service we received from the beginning to the end of our sale was amazing. Grace was really helpful and friendly when carrying out our valuation and taking of the photos. When the house went up for sale we were really pleased with the service we received from Lisa and Amanda both of them were excellent and kept us updated at all times on the viewings we had booked. Amanda carried out majority of the viewings for us and really highlighted all of the positives of the house and area. We sold the house within 2 weeks. We would thoroughly recommend Dixons to anyone.
