This is my second time renting a space through Dixon and I’m more than happy with their services. Lucy and Meghan were assigned to me through my renting process and they went above and beyond for me. Did I mention that I only did virtual viewing and I got what I was shown, no disappointment. I had issue with my date of moving and Lucy was really emphatic and made sure I got my space and not stranded. Thank you ladies for being my angel when I needed one, I appreciate you. I have had the privilege and luck to have dealt with Amanda during viewing numerous properties over the last few months in my house search. She has been genuine, friendly, personable and knowledgeable on each property. Her knowledge on each area has been fantastic and knowing dog walking is important to me, she would tell me exactly how far each property was from a great dog walk, she even carried my 6 month grandson from one property to another! So I’m in the market for a new place to rent and called pretty much every event in the area and then some… The response was non existent bar one young lady “Megan” from Dixons who has shown her professionalism and dedication to her job over and above any other agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the Lettings manager very unapproachable and quite rude.Also non empathetic and very dismissive . We had long standing issues with a tenant of Dixons which eventually after 18 months of hell resulted in a section 21 being issued I found the letting manager very one-sided and all she cared about was money and not The the very extreme anti social behaviour we were experiencing from their tenant .

Smooth viewing and application process with support and guidance at every point. Our only negative would be the reference process, this part seemed very pressurised and rushed. Our experience using Dixon's Full Management Service to rent out our property has been fantastic in every respect. From the initial consultation with Chloe, our options were very clearly explained to us with the different packages talked through. Chloe really listened to our personal circumstances and provided us with an incredibly easy process by which to rent out our property. Dixons Lettings portfolio manager Katrina Edwards recently sorted out a problem regarding a water leak which was causing damage to the ceiling and walls in my property. Katrina was prompt in sorting out the issue by contacting and arranging a contractor to investigate the problem and have it quickly rectified. Katrina engages with a client and ensures they are kept well informed with the progress and completion of any repairs needed. Highly recommended.
