GoogleMe and my son recently rented a property through dixons and it has been a really good experience!! Both lianna and especially kate were very helpful with all my constant phone calls and questions !! Very professional and honest caring staff who made the whole process as stress free as possible !! And property is amazing too !! Will defo be using dixons if I ever rent in a new property from now on !!

GooglePoor service, paid a down payment for a solicitor through them and was told its refundable if the house sale falls through. Its now been three weeks since it fell through and I'm having to report it as fraud to the bank as they wont give me my money back.

GoogleDixons had a property for sale listed for sale by auction. I rang to express interest in a viewing and did not receive a return phone call. Next thing the property was sold subject to contract . No auction. No return phone call. Vendors should be aware that in this case the owner of this property did not have the advantage of all possible buyers viewing and having a chance to purchase this property. After further phone calls I was offered the opportunity to view/purchase a completely different property with no clear explanation what had occurred with the house that did interest me . In this climate estate agents should do better for their clients
