I approached Dixons mortgage adviser Alexander as a second option but in the end I preferred to go with Dixons. In our second meeting we lodged mortgage application and approved with in 2 days. As a first time buyer and being a contractor(less than 2 yrs of account) it's very hard to get mortgage application approved with high street banks. With Alex's perseverance, he managed to get it approved with high street bank in 2 days which is remarkable. He is helpful and informative. I recommended my friends already. Don't take my word(it worked for me) and it might work for you as well. Once again Thanks for your help Alexander

I found Laura at Dixons to be extremely helpful, she gave me honest feedback and help on how to ensure that I was successful with the offers I was making on houses. Out of all of the estate agents that I registered an interest with, she was the one who wanted to go the extra mile to ensure that I was put in touch with properties that were of interest. Nothing has been too much bother, even putting in time on her days off to ensure that she helped me. Highly commended. I also found that when the house was bought, the rental team were equally as good and found a tenant before the contracts were exchanged!

Very positive experience so far. Victoria visited us on Saturday morning and we found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about our property. She had come prepared, knew about the area and valued the property correctly in our opinion. She had already searched their database and informed us of clients that would be interested in viewing. I'm very pleased to say she was not wrong and we sold our house the same day!! I have already been into the office to start the ball rolling and found the whole team to be very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending Dixons to anyone thinking of selling their house.

What a great service - I was looking for a property to buy and rent out and Dixons provided me with great advice and assistance throughout. The attention to detail was exceptional having experienced other letting agents services in the area. If your a 1st time land lord I would strongly reckoned talking to Shariane in detail as she has a wealth of experience of the local market. I now have two properties rented out through Dixons and aim to add more as and when I can.
