After trying a local independent agent in Redditch to sell my property I was left feeling completely dis-satisfied. My partner and I have had a fantastic experience with Kate and Amey at Dixons, they've been very professional and helpful with the move into a rental property with them. They've answered any questions asked quickly and also kept in touch with us until the day of picking up the keys. (which was today with Amey) What's really stood out for us is they do care about their tenants, after the previous property (through a different lettings agents) with a landlord from hell, making our lives miserable with lack of repairs and the lettings agents being no better. They reassured us that the house was for us with an amazing landlady who would make sure we would be in a cared for home with no problems. Highly recommend Dixons as the place to go for a rental property.

Amey at Dixons was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my family find our perfect home to rent. We had in mind what we wanted and having a dog made that even harder but she did not dissapoint. She found us our perfect home and we moved in within a matter of weeks and we love it here. Other estate agents in the area did not come close to providing the service I received from Amey and Dixons as a whole, so thank you. We will he back in a couple of years when we are looking to buy and have and will continue to recommend to all family and friends.

Lisa Aston-Hughes and her amazing team recently dealt with our house sale. Both Lisa and Victoria looked after our every need in the most professional and friendly manner. Stop looking! Dixons are THE best estate agents in Redditch by far. I have used them repeatedly over the last 5 years to buy and sell. Each time I put them against several other estate agents who talk the talk. Other agents promise viewings but they never happened.Dixons GET THE VIEWINGS through the door and they always sell. The longest it took them was 6 weeks with the one sale,other sales quicker. If they dont have much in the office for sale it is simply because they sell so fast.The girls in the Redditch branch are genuinely friendly and passionate about selling your property. I think they really could sell a fridge to an eskimo.
