GoogleFirst time renting a property with my partner, we contacted dixons to a view a property we both loved it. Then we had abit of a rocky situation with the house, then Amey & Kate came through with another property within days due to our current circumstances needing to be out by end of September 2020. We managed to get the keys for the house on 26th September . Can't fault Amey or Kate. So happy in our new house.

GoogleAs a Landlord, I cannot praise the team at Dixons Redditch enough! I have dealt with both Sales and Letting recently and have not had one single problem throughout the processes. Amey (Lettings) is amazing! All my properties are fully managed and she keeps me updated on everything regularly. I’ve bought 3 properties within the last 12 months and within 24 hours of marketing the property Amey has had viewings booked and application received, giving me a choice of tenants (with Amey’s advice). I have a really good relationship with Amey, she’s friendly and professional, she’s got to know me well and manages to match the tenant to the property each time. I’ve used another agent in the past and there honestly is no comparison. I’m a stickler for good service and I’m not one for writing reviews but I cannot fault the team at Dixons Redditch!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCouldn't recommend them more highly. After having a bad experience last year with another local estate agent we were apprehensive about trying to sell our property again.
However Dixons we're both professional and friendly from the start. Grace came out for the initial appointment and took some great photos of our property. Once on the market they were quick to get us viewings. Amanda then showed everyone round and got us two offers the first day. We have now Sold subject to contract.
They were great at communication and kept in regular contact.

Most of the team have been there during that time too and so know the type of property I look buy, and my rental properties well. The sales team are very knowledgeable and responsive, and always keep me updated on the progress of a purchase or a sale. The lettings team have a robust system in place and therefore have always quickly found me great tenants, including for my properties that are outside of the Redditch area. I was able to view the property the next day. I was met by Kate who is also friendly and professional. She answered any questions I asked and was back in touch that afternoon as promised. I was offered the property to rent which I accepted. Amy and Kate have been in touch all along, with any info I need to know, emails for tenancy agreements etc. Anything I need to ask I call them and they are always willing to help.
