The service providedby the whole team at the Redditch branch was exemplary from start to finish. The manager, Lisa responded to every query I raised in a timely and professional manner and no matter who I spoke to whenever I called the office, they knew exactly what was happening and always dealt with me in a very friendly and professional manner. We were originally selling our house via a part ex but when we pulled out of that process Lisa and her team supported us and managed the relationship with the purchaser to ensure the sale was protected I would have no hesitation in recommending Dixins at Redditch to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and competitive service with a real personal touch.

I sold my house with Dixons Redditch! The service I have received from all of the team at Dixons Redditch has been great. After a very dismal experience with two local agents who both "tried" to sell my house, I eventually turned to Dixons and really wish I had done so earlier. They gave me practical advice on how best to present my home, how to make it appealing in pictures, and when viewers came in person. They worked with me, providing feedback, stats and the level of communication which I wanted. They didn't shie away from giving me difficult feedback either, such as information about the market in relation to my asking price, and they sought to understand the reasons and urgency behind my desire to sell and took that into account when delivering properly personalised advice to me. Yes, they are more expensive than the local agents I had initially tried, but it seems you do get what you pay for! I have also used Countrywide Mortgage Services and Becky Lea has been amazing - great service! I elected to take advantage of the enhanced marketing package and whilst I don't think we ever got the video tour to work (which is actually a voice over to a series of stills) it was worth every single penny of £149. Viewers commented on the quality of the pictures and how much they had wanted to see the property after viewing them. The professional photographer meant that colours were sharper and brighter and shots were from a better angle. As well as all this it included access to the Countrywide Conveyancing Services fast track service and CCS have been extremely efficient...great service yet again.

As a landlord, I have used Dixons in Redditch twice this year for 2 rentals and also bought 1 property from the Bromsgrove office. Whilst some may perceive Dixons as 'pushy' (former review) - my experience has been extremely positive. It's true Dixons has a unique business strategy as far as sales goes, but that's so refreshing in this industry and I would describe this more as 'tenacious, motivated, consistent'. Yes they are sales-driven, but what I have found is that this means they go the extra mile and deliver on their promises. This is a massive advantage when they are working for you either as a landlord or a buyer. As a landlord, I am fussy about who I rent to, so turn down a lot of applications. What Dixons (Sharaine,Maria and formerly Sarah) did extremely well, was to listen to and respect what I wanted and had endless patience with my deliberations over tenants! What I valued was that whilst they did challenge some of my thought processes, they did it in a very positive and constructive way - but always supporting what was important to me. At all times, despite their own agenda, they made it very clear that they wanted me to be happy with the tenant before I accepted - so it felt like they were on my side. They gave great clarity on specific issues such as references, contracts etc. so I knew exactly what my options were. What Dixons excel at is the customer relationship - and do the cross-selling thing very well too (Sharaine remembered we wanted another property and picked up on one for us via Bromsgrove Sales) - they are also very good at follow up - I love an agent who does what they say they will - makes all the difference when an Agent is pro-active, steps back when they need to, but takes control when they need to. Having tried other agents in the area, I have to say Dixons have been the most professional to work with - put your trust in these ladies ....they won't let you down!
