GoogleWhat a service, nothing is too much trouble and they do really go the extra mile. Gemma handled the sale from start to finish as if it was her own home. Don’t bother with other agents just be glad you found Jessava. As a landlord for over twenty years I have used umpteen agents for sales and lettings & most of them are pretty poor so it’s so pleasing to find one that ticks all the boxes.

GoogleThe house we were buying was listed through Jessava Estates and Victoria who was dealing with the sale was brilliant. Great communication, fast responses to any of our queries and kept us in the loop the whole time. Victoria dealt with chasing things throughout the chain for us, which was a huge help. We had only ever dealt with a large well-known estate agency before and they didn’t offer the professional service like Jessava did. We chose Jessava Estates because they communicated so well from the get go, because they offered a competitive fee, and because we wanted to support a local independent business. We were incredibly impressed with how expertly Victoria secured a sale for us (on the first viewing!). She was also so helpful when we needed advice on our onward purchase. We really valued the way she replied so promptly to our questions and her incredibly calm and positive manner helped us when our onward purchase fell through. GoogleWhilst Gemma at jessava estates did not actually sell me a house she was the agent for my purchase my actual agent was a waste of time so Gemma intervened and helped push things through without her help I don't think I would have had a sale or purchase rhank you jessave estates and Gemma in particular
