I’ve used Gemma for valuations for 2 properties now - Gemma took the time to look and talk with absolutely no pressure then she followed up with an email with a valuation which was supported by additional documents on surrounding properties that had been sold and similar properties that were on the market I felt her valuation was really well researched and compared to other experiences I had in the past she came across as an expert in her field and not pushy in the slightest, again a refreshing change from my last experience- I’d definitely recommend her and have been recommending her since - Thank you Gemma 🙏

I rented a house through Jessava Estates for two years and Gemma was my point of contact for the entire time, from the initial viewing to the end of my tenancy. The continuity of care for that length of time was something I have not experienced before. Throughout, Gemma was extremely efficient in replying to and dealing with any concerns I had. She was very professional, fair and worked with me through any issues, most importantly with lots of common sense. Gemma did such a wonderful job selling my grandparents house last year. It was so reassuring only dealing with one, dedicated person. She made a difficult sale (for us personally) as smooth as it could be. She was sympathetic to the upset of selling a family home of 55 years. She made sure it went to a local family which is exactly what we wanted for the house, she always kept up great communication with us, and was top of the stressful bits like chasing solicitors with us. If I could I would give Jessava Estates 6 stars out of 5! I have bought and sold many properties in my time, and Gemma is by far the best agent I have ever come across. My most recent sale was a small leasehold property with an almost absentee freeholder - so not much profit in it! Gemma was more than professional in the way she handled the pricing, marketing, prospective buyers, the freeholder, the conveyancing solicitors and myself. Always contactable by phone and text, her response times were remarkable. Her communications were crystal clear. She approached every obstacle (and there were many) with determination, creativity and huge expertise. She was also always patient and kind to all involved, and willing to go above and beyond what one might expect - more than the 'extra mile'. Having experienced Jessava Estates, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wonderful experience right from the initial contact. Sympathetic to my personal situation, helpful, positive and not pushy at all which was perfect for me. Great communication throughout from arranging viewings to the final moving day. Liased between Solicitors and buyers and other estate agents to keep things moving along at a great pace. Would definitely recommend Gemma as she devotes her time to answer all your questions personally and at any time of day with a speedy response.
