I had such a positive experience renting with Jessava estates with Gemma. From the start, she was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to help me secure housing at a time when I was really struggling. The whole process felt personal and compassionate, not just transactional, which made a huge difference. They were flexible, understanding, and always quick to respond. When my tenancy ended, I was amazed at how fast my deposit was returned. It was handled promptly and with no stress at all. It’s rare to find a letting agent who combines efficiency with genuine care, but Gemma does it all. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and empathetic agent.

We recently bought a property via Jessava Estates and cannot recommend them highly emough. Gemma & Victoria were fantastic throughout what proved to be a very protracted and drawn out process and we could not be happier with our new purchase. Would highly recommend Jessava to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

We had a great experience renting a flat through this agency. The service was very professional, friendly, and efficient. All the formalities were handled smoothly and on time. We've heard a lot of mixed things about letting agencies in the UK, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. One big plus for us was that the property was pet-friendly, we could have our dog with us, which made a huge difference. Highly recommended!

Originally the house we went for had been sold. However when that fell through Victoria remembered how we really wanted that house and got back in touch to let us know. After 5 months of difficulty the move finally happened and it was well worth the wait. Instead of us picking up the keys, Victoria kindly met us at the new house and presented us with a gift box full of goodies. All in all she did a fantastic job, kept us updated. Very professional, very kind. Thanks again Victoria!!
