Thank you for your review and it is sad that you felt this was necessary. I have already apologised twice for the admin error but again, I am very sorry that this happened. I am only human and occasionally minor mistakes happen to the best of us.
For clarity, it was one email (not multiple), that was sent to a handful of people at the same time. Luckily the other recipients graciously accepted my apology with no issues.
