Good Afternoon Ms O'seachnasaigh,
I am sorry to hear that you feel you have been discriminated against. With this property, the landlord has strict requirements when it comes to finding tenants. In your case, regardless of the universal credits, with or without the top up, you didn't meet the affordability needs for the property. Added to which, the landlord can't accept those on universal credit as it violates their insurance agreement on the property. This puts themselves and their property in jeopardy, if anything were to go wrong under tenure. Where we can, we accommodate those on universal credits and/or benefits, but can only go off what our landlords instruct us to do.
If you see any other of our properties and meet the affordability then we will be more than happy to get you in to have a look

I found out the house had sold via sign outside house and right move website rather than a phone call update. Had suspicion how they were operating as justin did not return calls about questions on the property. Still no news a week later and they still have financial documentation they promised to return.
They forget to realise the people that buy houses also sell them and I am about to sell a property.
