GoogleI'm really pleased that I selected Hill's to sell my Mum's flat. At every stage, Justin and his team kept me informed and they were always friendly and helpful to deal with. When negotiations got tricky, Justin liaised with the buyers so that I didn't have to get involved at all. He consulted me, but was able to guide me and talk to me about options. I highly recommend them.

This is a local company that make an effort to know their customers and are there to give advice when required. This is particularly important with the ever changing regulations affecting landlords. Would have no hesitation in recommending Hills.

Happy to sell me a house on Ombersley Road Worcester knowing full well it was opposite a rehabilitation center for offenders of the worst kind (you can guess which ones) and knowing full well I have 3 young children. Thank God I did my own research and pulled out of the sale. Surely, we should have been informed of this highly important information before proceeding with the sale! Not impressed.

Viewed a property made an offer, was tokd it had been acceoted .friendly staff but disappointed after lengthy discussion and having been advised there was no hurry as the property was "going through probate" I have now learned another offer has been accepted! No explanation as to what happened as she says she ' can't tell me"

Stayed much longer than any other firm who did a valuation. His estimates were realistic, expectation of timescales were met. I found the whole experience of selling a property stress-free. This is probably one of the worst 'professional' companies I have ever dealt with. After being recommended by a friend, I had high hopes for them. I've struggled since the very beginning with them and their poor attitude towards their paying customers. I'm absolutely baffled by their level of communication, lack of professionalism and poor attitude towards serious matters that have been disclosed to them. They do not respond when emailed, I have been laughed at and patronised by a member of staff and I'm horrified to hear that they've recently won an award! I cannot understand how they are still in business and regret the day I choose to use them to represent me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
Hi Sorry to hear about this experience. Just to make sure, have you reviewed the correct Hills Estate Agents? We are based in Worcester and have had previous issues. As you have not left a name it is difficult to cross reference. There are other businesses with the same name as ours and we have in the past received reviews for them. However, if you have reviewed Hills Estate Agents in Worcester then this is unacceptable, and we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss in more detail.

We decided to go with Hills to sell our house after interviewing 5 other estate agents and were proved right. A smaller local firm gave a much more personal service than any of the nationals we've used before. The staff in the office seemed happy and friendly and whenever we called to ask for an update they knew what was going on, or found out and called us back as soon as possible. Justin was superb with a thorough knowledge of the local market, and a high degree of professionalism, especially when dealing with multiple offers, and we were more than impressed. Highly recommended.

The whole team (viewings, admin, management) were so so lovely & helped us get a sale with multiple offers not once but twice - due to a sale falling through, both within 10 days of being marketed. Super slick, easy to contact, professional yet friendly and caring. I would recommend again to anyone!!

Selling my house through Hills was the best decision I have ever made. They are simply the best estate agents I have ever come across and I have moved house eight times. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. They keep in contact throughout the sales process, respond to queries immediately, discuss and advise sensitively. The whole house selling process feels so personal - the staff really care about their clients and are so enthusiastic about the properties that they sell. Their website is great and the online house details are exceptional. Justin Poolton takes the best photos and videos ever! Their office is modern and eye-catching and entices people through the door. I honestly cannot fault them. Thank you so much, especially Justin, Rachel and Mackenzie - I couldn't have sold my house so easily without you!

From the first meeting with Azmat Riaz it became evident that Hills has an excellent grasp of the local housing market and made me aware of the best marketing options for my property. There was excellent communication by all of the team at Hills regarding viewings and feedback afterwards. Within two weeks of putting my house for sale, Justin Poolton negotiated a great price for my home. Both Azmat and Justin took time to understand what I needed from them as Estate Agents including a smooth transition into a rental property managed by Hills.I can not recommend Hills highly enough!

Registered as a first time buyer with Hills as I was interested in viewing a property, turns out the agent never processed my details so i lost out on viewing number 1. Once my details were finally processed they were recorded with wrong information, resulting on losing out on viewing number 2. Finally, I took one more chance on a house that was perfect and got the final viewing, I rang to confirm it was free hold to which the agent didn't know. I also rang to confirm the viewing on the day and again 10 minutes before the viewing - all good to go. I arrive at the property and another couple are delayed with their viewing to then be told my the agent I need to wait as they're running late and asked who i was. After 10 minutes the agent walks out of the property and told me they are no longer doing viewings today as the tenant doesn't want anyone in!? After travelling 40 minutes and taking the time off work I was very unhappy I was not offered another viewing. I rang Hills immediately and they put a note on the system to contact me the next day to rearrange a viewing. I ended up calling Hills to which they told me they had already accepted an offer on the house and were not taking any other offers. If you have an inch of care about your money and time, avoid Hills like Covid as they don't care at all

We are a Worcetser based agency, and we can't find you in our system, would it be possible for you to let us know which property this was to do with? The reason we ask is that we have had issues in the past with similar reviews that are meant for a different business with same name Regards The Hills Team
