Professional Team

Professional Team If you’re looking for a letting agent with a professional, courteous, efficient and conscientious team, then Hills are the agents for you. No matter what my query was they were always there to help, they knew their properties well and you always felt valued as a tenant. It’s unfortunate that my current property is not being managed by them instead of one of the bigger, impersonal agents. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent in the Worcester area.

Hills Estate Agent Selling Property.

After instructing Hills Estate Agents to get my St Johns property on the market, Mr Riaz and Mr Poolton provided a smooth and efficient service (particularly given I was not living in the area at the time), and managed to get the property sold promptly for the price I wanted-keeping me regularly updated on progress. This is also following Hills managing the rental of the same property for the previous 6 years completely hassle free. They also provided details of Worcester based solicitors I ended up using for the sale and subsequent purchase of my new property, who turned out to be excellent and provide hassle free service in a period that can so often be fraught with headaches and stress. Highly Recommended.

First class service. Sold my property within 3 days and for more than the asking price. Justin is very friendly and professional. I would use Hills again.

Excellent Worcester estate agent

Excellent estate agent: we purchased a Victorian property in Worcester. I could always get hold of Tom: he arranged viewings and answered all our questions. Always on time and service from everyone was very friendly. Much better than the agent I sold my property with. I'd recommend Hills for a friendly personal service.

This was the first time selling a property and I chose Hills. From the word go they were very very good. Very transparent with all ongoings giving feedback from each viewing. Whenever I had a query I rang up and it was always resolved promptly and effectively. They put the pressure on when needed and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Their fee was also not to be beaten, highly competitive. Very happy customer.

Hills went above and beyond to support me and my family in selling my brother's flat in Worcester in difficult circumstances. It was a real team effort from Hills and they couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Very highly recommended.

Poor service, just want your money.

Recently sold a property through Hills They charge top rates and give little for it after getting you signed up. Didn't return several calls or emails. I wouldn't use them again.

Justin and Azmat did a great job of helping me buy my first house. Always on hand to answer questions, do a second viewing and pushed the purchase through. Great Job and Great Estate agents.

I can only speak from the buyers perspective but they were allright and very helpful with us as first time buyers and miles more helpful than our solicitors. When and if we will sell I'm sure we will use them. Good job Justin, Tom and Sally.

Excellent results.

Very professional with one of the 2 directors always doing viewings and negotiations. Genuine people who seem to really care. Easy to talk to as they listen. They go overboard to make sure the service is beyond reproach. Good honest photos, they are a true image. First viewer agreed to buy at asking price, which (price) was a true reflection of the market Will definitely use them again.

Absolutely excellent service. Informative, helpful and really focused on making sure the house sale went through smoothly. They were also in contact the few months after we moved in with follow-up information that other estate agents wouldn't be bothered with. Their service was personal, professional and they helped us to feel at home in a new city. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Best in Worcester

Moving rental property due to current landlord selling up is quite a stressful time. Our current Agent's style is so formal it made us feel like a commodity. Hills however were excellent - very friendly and helpful and made the process almost stress free. I will actively recommend Hills to everyone within the Worcester area. Many thanks to everyone at Hills

Hillsestateagents sales and lettings.

We have recently purchased an investment property through Hills. We found the staff polite friendly and professional at all times. Subsequently we used them as our letting agents. On purchasing a second property we did not hesitate to use Hills as letting agents again. We are very happy with the service provided and find the team a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service

Having had a poor experience with a large estate agency in the past I wanted a more personal service this time and chose Hills. Marketing options were explained really well, the advice I received was spot on and I was kept informed at every stage without having to chase up. A very professional and personal service. No hesitation in recommending.
