Not told all the facts about our buyer up front, if we had known everything we wouldn’t have accepted their offer. Learnt things gradually, went on months then fell through. Now out of pocket with solicitor’s fees and falling house prices. Disappointing and stressful experience.

A very helpful, non-pushy and supportive estate agency. We recently (Jan 2019) bought a holiday house through Susan Payne Property and we only have good reports of them. Jan in the office was particularly good at keeping our purchase on track and acting as an intermediary between both parties and both sets of solicitors. She was proactive but not intrusive.

Absolutely fantastic service. We ended up exchanging and completing during the lockdown and even though this was a difficult time for everyone, it didn’t stop Jan from doing all she could to make sure we could move as soon as it was safe too.
