We're house-hunting on the island and spotted a property of interest to us online. We knew the location well, are cash buyers and ready to proceed immediately. We called the agent to book a viewing but were told the earliest they could do was the following Wednesday. So we accepted the appointment, arranged another ferry crossing and travelled down the day before. While en-route we got a phone call from the agent cancelling the viewing as the property was now under offer. We were astonished! We hadn't had the opportunity to view the property or make an offer. We could easily have come down earlier and had the means to bid well over the asking price if necessary. We fully accept that it's the vendor's call as to how many viewings to allow and when to accept an offer but we would have appreciated better service and communication from the agent.

What can I say, this company is exceptional in every way when dealing with property sales. Our purchase didn't go without it's niggles but they were the fault of the seller and NOT the fault of this company.I should point out here that I am not the easiest person to deal with, (I can see Jan the office manager nodding in agreement at that comment ;) ), but the staff handled every aspect of the purchase with professionalism and treated us with dignity when the chips were down.In the end the transaction went smoothly and we are finally in our home. Would I use this company again to sell or buy through? Absolutely!Would I give the company 10 stars if I could, yes I would.Will I be moving again? No!As a buyer you will have to go a long way to get a better agent on the Isle Of Wight, they are dedicated, committed and above all, they are all very nice people!Thank you for putting up with me and I wish you all the very best for the future.

Susan and her team have been an absolute pleasure to sell with. From start to finish they have been extremely professional, honest, hard working and managed to secure a quick sale at a great price. Communication and after care is excellent with any questions answered and issues dealt with promptly. Having viewed property with most agents on the Island it is clear that Susan Payne is operating in a different league to most. I would thoroughly recommend Susan Payne Property.

I Honestly can’t express how grateful I am for the help and guidance from everyone at Susan payne property.Out of all the estate agents to show me properties during my search, Susan Payne’s were by far the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This made the whole experience very enjoyable. Thanks to jan in particular who answered every question for me throughout the process and chased solicitors for me too. I’ll definitely be using these guys again when I come to sell.

Which from a buyers perspective was very refreshing and gave confidence throughout the transaction. Amazing team of people. They suported me throughout quite a difficult situation due to my own solicitors shortfalls and relocating from Cornwall. I am reg. Blind with a guide dog and an elderly husband with care needs but at each step of the way they were in the background for me to lean on and never took their eye off the ball hence everything did happen as I required within an unchangeable date slot. I will always be grateful for their understanding. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone .

Here you had a whole heap of problems to solve. Then came the covid 19. That upset everything and a backing down of one of the chain.But persistence paid off and our cottage in the woods got sold. Well done Susan and Jan for your diligence and friendly approach to what can only be described as a difficult business. I would recommend you to anyone, and that says it all.
