Susan and the team (particularly in Jan) were amazing in helping us find our ideal home and ensured that everything went through in time. We were overseas for most of the process and Jan was brilliant in loading with solicitors,other estate agents and the seller when needed to make sure we could move in to our new home. I don’t think it would have happened without Jan’s determination and dedication!

I am buying a flat which is being sold through Susan Payne Property - we are just about to complete. Throughout the process Susan Payne Property has been extremely helpful, responding quickly to every enquiry and even helping out with local recommendations when I was looking for heating engineers/electricians to carry out some checks prior to completion. Special thanks to Jan Tooley, who was exceptionally helpful!

Fantastic estate agents. They always knew exactly what stage we were at whilst selling our house. You can call and speak with anyone in the office and they can give you an answer straight away, they go above a beyond an estate agents role. I wasn't keen on using an agent but Susan Payne are honestly the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much to the team there for all the support, guidance and making the whole process less stressful.

Susan Payne came very quickly when I contacted her and gave me 1% charge which was very good. It took longer than I expected for the property to be put on the market but then a number of people came to view very quickly. The buyers seemed to have a problem with their mortgage and their deposit before exchanging which I found worrying and only found out after enquiring. I expected people would be chased up but found that I always had to ask the question, after which Jan always chased up by asking either the buyers or their solicitor. Everyone in the office was always very friendly and helpful.

We're house-hunting on the island and spotted a property of interest to us online. We knew the location well, are cash buyers and ready to proceed immediately. We called the agent to book a viewing but were told the earliest they could do was the following Wednesday. So we accepted the appointment, arranged another ferry crossing and travelled down the day before. While en-route we got a phone call from the agent cancelling the viewing as the property was now under offer. We were astonished! We hadn't had the opportunity to view the property or make an offer. We could easily have come down earlier and had the means to bid well over the asking price if necessary. We fully accept that it's the vendor's call as to how many viewings to allow and when to accept an offer but we would have appreciated better service and communication from the agent.

What can I say, this company is exceptional in every way when dealing with property sales. Our purchase didn't go without it's niggles but they were the fault of the seller and NOT the fault of this company.I should point out here that I am not the easiest person to deal with, (I can see Jan the office manager nodding in agreement at that comment ;) ), but the staff handled every aspect of the purchase with professionalism and treated us with dignity when the chips were down.In the end the transaction went smoothly and we are finally in our home. Would I use this company again to sell or buy through? Absolutely!Would I give the company 10 stars if I could, yes I would.Will I be moving again? No!As a buyer you will have to go a long way to get a better agent on the Isle Of Wight, they are dedicated, committed and above all, they are all very nice people!Thank you for putting up with me and I wish you all the very best for the future.
