GoogleOur experience with Whitegates in Woolton was a breath of fresh air. As buyers, you automatically believe you’re going to be pestered left, right and centre and you start to dread the conveyancing process. Whitegates were the complete opposite. GoogleWhitegates did a great job marketing and selling my property. Leasehold flat's are not an easy sell but they did it, and their help was invaluable chasing up solicitors and providing updates during a drawn out protracted soliciting process.

Yet again we enter 2026 my Mortage payment now overdue no money in my account it’s now 2nd January.

We would like to clarify that the 1st of January was a bank holiday, meaning payments could not be processed on that day. Rent was therefore issued on the next pay run in line with banking procedures. A very professional service from start to finish. We used Whitegates to sell our house after a recommendation from our neighbour. Every viewing was attended by a Whitegates agent, who made sure that all visitors were wearing the correct PPE. They also had print-outs of our property details to give to the prospective buyers. We did not receive this level of service from other agents when we were viewing properties. Karlaya and her team in the office were also very helpful, giving us help and advice right through to the completion of the sale. We would definitely recommend Whitegates Woolton to anyone selling their home.

The service from Natalie and her team was excellent from valuation of the property through to completion. Their marketing was brilliant and the house was sold, subject to contract, within a very short time. Whitegates took all the stress out of selling a property and I would highly recommend them. All the team were helpful; I was given feedback after the viewings and regarding the progress of the sale. I would definitely use Whitegates again.
